The rest of them escaped to the city of Aphek, where the wall collapsed on twenty-seven thousand of them. And Ben-Hadad fled to the city and hid in an inner room.

逃避恐怖的必掉进陷阱，从陷阱爬上来的必被网罗缠住。天上的水闸开启，大地的根基摇动。

即使他们藏在迦密山的峰顶，我也要去搜寻，捉住他们；即使他们潜到海底，我也要派海蛇去吞咬他们；

逃过惊恐的必落入深坑，爬出深坑的必陷入网罗，因为我惩罚摩押的时候到了。这是耶和华说的。

他们见敌人就杀。亚兰人败逃，以色列人乘势追击。亚兰王便·哈达骑着马与一些骑兵落荒而逃。

现在我尼布甲尼撒颂赞、尊崇、敬奉天上的王，因为祂的作为公正，祂行事公平，能够贬抑行为骄傲的人。”

你们的光景将好像人逃避狮子，却遇上了熊，逃回家里，手扶墙壁，又被蛇咬。

仁慈的人，你以仁慈待他；纯全的人，你以纯全待他；

便·哈达又派人去对亚哈说：“若撒玛利亚的尘土够我的士兵每人抓一把，愿神明重重地惩罚我。”

西罗亚楼倒塌时曾压死了十八个人。你们以为他们比耶路撒冷其他人更有罪吗？

快捷的无法逃遁，强壮的无力可施，勇猛的救不了自己，拉弓的站立不住，腿快的无法逃脱，骑马的救不了自己。
