Also, anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from Abel Meholah to succeed you as prophet.

Also anoint Jehu as king over Israel. He is the son of Nimshi. And anoint Elisha from Abel Meholah as the next prophet after you. He is the son of Shaphat.

And Jehu the son of Nimshi you shall anoint to be king over Israel, and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel-meholah you shall anoint to be prophet in your place.

Then anoint Jehu grandson of Nimshi to be king of Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from the town of Abel meholah to replace you as my prophet.

以利亞遂往、遇沙法子以利沙耕田、牛十有二耦、最後者以利沙自御、以利亞過時、以其衣蔽之、以利沙棄牛、趨於以利亞後、曰、容我與父母接吻、而後相從。曰、歸哉、但憶我與爾所為。遂歸、取雙牛宰之、以耕器烹其肉、予民食之、然後啟行、從事以利亞。

先知以利沙呼先知眾徒之一、曰、爾當束帶、取膏一盒、往基列之喇末、既至、可問寧示孫、約沙法子耶戶、使離其眾昆弟、入於寢室、以膏一盒、傾於其首、曰、耶和華云、我沃爾以膏、使為以色列王、遂啟門遽遁、毋少延。為先知者、年尚少、詣基列之喇末、既至、見武士之長皆坐、曰、長者、我有事相告。耶戶曰、欲告何人。曰、長者、爾即是也。耶戶起而入室、先知傾膏於首、曰、以色列族之上帝耶和華云、我以膏沃爾、使治我民、為以色列王。爾必滅爾主亞哈之家、昔耶洗別殺我先知眾僕、故行殲滅、以雪其忿。亞哈全家、必淪胥以亡、在以色列族中、我必絕其所有、或僕或主、不遺一男、使亞哈全家、與尼八子耶羅破暗家、亞希雅子巴沙家、無異。在耶斯烈田、耶洗別必為犬所噬、無人埋瘞。先知言竟、啟門而遁。耶戶出、見王之群臣、其一問曰、安乎、彼心狂者、見爾何為。曰、爾識其人、知其所言。曰、不知、請以告我。曰、彼傳耶和華之命云、我以膏沃爾、使為以色列王。眾各取衣、立佈於階。使耶戶坐、吹角曰、耶戶為王。初約藍率以色列族眾、守基列之喇末、攻亞蘭王哈泄、約藍被傷、則歸耶斯烈、而療其疾、寧示孫約沙法子耶戶叛約藍、告從者曰、若愜爾意、毋許人出、以洩此事、為耶斯烈人所知。

先知之徒、在耶利哥、見此則曰、以利亞所感之神、臨格以利沙。遂迓之、俯伏於地、

既過、以利亞謂以利沙曰、我未與爾相離之際、爾欲我何為、求無不得。以利沙曰、我欲爾所感之神、降臨於我、較爾維倍。

亞希律子把拿徵大納、米吉多、伯善四境、附撒大拿、近耶斯烈山麓、延亞伯米何拉及約念外。

三百人吹角、耶和華使遍營之人、自相攻擊、敵眾奔至西哩勒之伯示大、又至亞伯米何拉界之大八。

先知以利沙時、以色列民多癩、無一得潔、惟敘利亞人乃慢得潔焉、○
