Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go. Eat and drink. I can hear the sound of a heavy rain.”

以利亚对亚哈说：“你现在可以上去吃喝，因为有多雨的响声了。”

以利亚对亚哈说：“你现在可以上去吃喝，因为有暴雨的响声了。”

以利亚对亚哈说：“你现在可以上去吃喝，因为有暴雨的响声了。”

以利亚对亚哈说：“你去吃喝吧，因为我已听见大雨将临的声音。”

以利亚对亚哈说：“你上去吃喝吧！因为已经有下大雨的响声了。”

以利亞對亞哈說：「你現在可以上去吃喝，因為有多雨的響聲了。」

以利亞對亞哈說：「你現在可以上去吃喝，因為有暴雨的響聲了。」

以利亞對亞哈說：「你現在可以上去吃喝，因為有暴雨的響聲了。」

以利亞對亞哈說：「你去吃喝吧，因為我已聽見大雨將臨的聲音。」

以利亞對亞哈說：“你上去吃喝吧！因為已經有下大雨的響聲了。”

以利亞對亞哈說：『你可以上去喫喝；因為有淋雨的怒號聲了。』

以利亞謂亞哈曰、上而飲食、蓋有霖雨之聲也、

又告亞哈曰、當起飲食、霖雨其零、我聞其聲。

以利亞謂亞哈曰、爾可上、以食以飲、因大雨將降、我已聞其聲、

And Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain.”

And Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go up, eat and drink, for there is a sound of the rushing of rain.”

Then Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go get something to eat and drink, for I hear a mighty rainstorm coming!”

Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go up, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a rainstorm.”

Now Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of the roar of a heavy shower.”

Then Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.”

And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.

Elijah said to Ahab,“ Go up, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a rainstorm.”

And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for[ there is] a sound of abundance of rain.

Then Elijah told Ahab,“ Go on up and eat and drink, for the sound of a heavy rainstorm can be heard.”

Elijah said to Ahab,“ Get up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.”

It was now three years since it had rained. A message came to Elijah from the Lord. He said,“ Go. Speak to Ahab. Then I will send rain on the land.”

Go and enjoy your food. Be joyful as you drink your wine. God has already approved what you do.

Now I am asking you to eat some food. You need it to live. Not one of you will lose a single hair from your head.”

Elijah was from Tishbe in the land of Gilead. He said to Ahab,“ I serve the Lord. He is the God of Israel. You can be sure that he lives. And you can be just as sure that there won’t be any dew or rain on the whole land. There won’t be any during the next few years. It won’t come until I say so.”
