And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thy house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place;

神人对王说：“你就是把你的宫一半给我，我也不同你进去，也不在这地方吃饭喝水；

神人对王说：“你就是把你一半的王宫给我，我也不跟你进去，也不在这地方吃饭喝水，

神人对王说：“你就是把你一半的王宫给我，我也不跟你进去，也不在这地方吃饭喝水，

上帝的仆人却说：“你就是把你一半的财富送给我，我也不跟你去，也不在这地方用饭喝水，

神人对王说：“你就是把王宫的一半给我，我也不会与你回去，也不在这地方吃饭喝水。

神人對王說：『你就使把你家產的一半給了我，我也不同你進去，也不在這地方喫飯喝水；

上帝僕曰、爾即以家之半賜我、我必不偕爾歸、亦不食餅飲水於此、

上帝之僕曰、即爾以家之半賜於我、我不入爾室、亦不食餅飲水於此。

神人對王曰、爾即以爾室中所有之半賜我、我亦不偕爾入室、亦不在此處食餅飲水、

But the man of God answered the king,“ Even if you were to give me half your possessions, I would not go with you, nor would I eat bread or drink water here.

But the man of God replied to the king. He said,“ What if you were to give me half of what you own? Even then I wouldn’t go with you. I wouldn’t eat bread or drink water here.

And the man of God said to the king,“ If you give me half your house, I will not go in with you. And I will not eat bread or drink water in this place,

But the man of God said to the king,“ Even if you gave me half of everything you own, I would not go with you. I would not eat or drink anything in this place.

But the man of God replied,“ If you were to give me half your house, I still wouldn’t go with you, and I wouldn’t eat food or drink water in this place,

But the man of God replied,“ If you were to give me half your house, I still wouldn’t go with you, and I wouldn’t eat bread or drink water in this place,

And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thine house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place:

But the prophet said to the king,“ Even if you were to give me half your possessions, I could not go with you and eat and drink in this place.

The man of God said to the king,“ Even if you gave me half of your house, I would not go in with you, neither would I eat bread nor drink water in this place;

If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the word of Jehovah, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; what Jehovah speaketh, that will I speak?

And Balaam answered and said unto the servants of Balak, If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the word of Jehovah my God, to do less or more.

And the same day Pharaoh commanded the taskmasters of the people, and their officers, saying,

And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, three days’ journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice unto Jehovah our God, lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.

and when I was present with you and was in want, I was not a burden on any man; for the brethren, when they came from Macedonia, supplied the measure of my want; and in everything I kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and so will I keep myself.As the truth of Christ is in me, no man shall stop me of this glorying in the regions of Achaia.

And he said unto him, Went not my heart with thee, when the man turned from his chariot to meet thee? Is it a time to receive money, and to receive garments, and oliveyards and vineyards, and sheep and oxen, and men- servants and maid- servants?The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow.

And whatsoever place shall not receive you, and they hear you not, as ye go forth thence, shake off the dust that is under your feet for a testimony unto them.

But he said, As Jehovah liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.

And he said, I may not return with thee, nor go in with thee; neither will I eat bread nor drink water with thee in this place:for it was said to me by the word of Jehovah, Thou shalt eat no bread nor drink water there, nor turn again to go by the way that thou camest.

And he sware unto her, Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, unto the half of my kingdom.
