約拿單亞希馬斯不敢入城、居宴羅結、有女往告之、彼往欲告大闢王。

惡人之祭、為耶和華所疾、善人之祈、為主所悅。

越二年、押沙龍在以法蓮山麓之巴勒哈索、僱人剪羊毛、請王之眾子偕往。覲王曰、臣僕僱人往剪羊毛、請王及群臣與我偕行。王曰、我子、毋庸群去、恐費過奢。押沙龍強請之、亦不允、第為之祝嘏。押沙龍曰、如爾不往、則兄暗嫩可偕我往、請爾俯允。王曰、彼往曷故。押沙龍強求而允。暗嫩與諸子偕往。
