等到真理之灵来了，祂会引导你们，让你们明白一切的真理。祂不凭自己说话，而是把祂所听见的和有关将来的事告诉你们。

祂是真理的灵，世人不接受祂，因为他们看不见祂，也不认识祂；但你们却认识祂，因祂常与你们同在，并且要住在你们里面。

因为生命在血中，耶和华把血赐给你们，使你们可以用血在祭坛上为自己赎罪。血可以为人的生命赎罪。

锡安啊，因为我用血跟你立了约，我必将你中间被掳的人从无水之坑释放出来。

还有新约的中保耶稣和祂所流的血。这血比亚伯的血发出更美的信息。

这是我为万人所流的立约之血，为了使罪得到赦免。

耶稣说：“这是我为万人所流的立约之血。

借着重生之洗和圣灵的更新拯救了我们，这并非因为我们有义行，而是因为祂的怜悯。

他们唱着一首新歌：“你配拿书卷并揭开封印，因你曾被杀，用你的血从各部落、各语言族群、各民族、各国家，将人买赎回来归给上帝。

我们借着祂爱子的血蒙救赎，过犯得到赦免，这都是出于祂的洪恩。

做丈夫的要爱妻子，正如基督爱教会，为教会舍己，好借着自己的道用水洗净教会，使她圣洁，以便把圣洁、完美、没有污点、皱纹等瑕疵的荣耀教会呈献给祂自己。

因为我的肉是真粮食，我的血是真饮品，

耶稣回答说：“要是你知道上帝的恩赐，又知道向你要水喝的是谁，你早就求祂了，祂也早就把活水给你了。”

我以前并不认识祂，现在我用水给人施洗，是要把祂显明给以色列人。”约翰又做见证说：“我看见圣灵好像鸽子一样从天降下，住在祂身上。我本来不认识祂，但那位差我来用水给人施洗的告诉我，‘你看见圣灵降下，住在谁身上，谁就是用圣灵给人施洗的。’

饭后，祂又举起杯来，说：“这杯是用我的血立的新约，这血是为你们流的。

可是，只有大祭司有资格每年一次独自进入至圣所，而且每次都要端着血进去，为自己和以色列人的过犯献上。

正如圣经所言，信我的人，‘从他里面要流出活水的江河来’。”耶稣这话是指信祂的人要得到圣灵，但当时圣灵还没有降临，因为耶稣还没有得到荣耀。

你们蒙拣选是按照父上帝预先定好的旨意，借着圣灵得以圣洁，好顺服耶稣基督，并靠祂的血得到洁净。愿上帝赐给你们丰丰富富的恩典和平安！

更何况人践踏上帝的儿子，轻看那使人圣洁的立约之血，又藐视赐人恩典的圣灵？这等人该受多么重的刑罚啊！

毫无疑问，我们伟大的信仰奥妙无比：祂以肉身显现，被圣灵证明为义，被天使看见，被传扬到列邦，被世人信奉，被接到天上的荣耀中。

不是我们爱上帝，而是上帝爱我们，并且差遣祂儿子为我们的罪作了赎罪祭，这就是爱。
