吾知凡為天主所生者、不犯罪；以有天主之惟一聖子為之監護、而元兇莫之能近也。

We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the One who was born of God keeps them safe, and the evil one cannot harm them.

We know that those who are children of God do not keep on sinning. The Son of God keeps them safe. The evil one can’t harm them.

“ I know your works( behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name.Behold, I give some of the synagogue of Satan, of those who say they are Jews, and they are not, but lie— behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.Because you kept my command to endure, I also will keep you from the hour of testing which is to come on the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

I have kept my feet from every evil way, that I might observe your word.

having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever.

Of his own will he gave birth to us by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.

I will no more speak much with you, for the prince of the world comes, and he has nothing in me.

unlike Cain, who was of the evil one, and killed his brother. Why did he kill him? Because his deeds were evil, and his brother’s righteous.

We are of God. He who knows God listens to us. He who is not of God doesn’t listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

I said,“ I will watch my ways, so that I don’t sin with my tongue. I will keep my mouth with a bridle while the wicked is before me.”

Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,

Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.

Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?”Jesus answered,“ Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can’t enter into God’s Kingdom.
