For it is written in the Law of Moses:“ Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” Is it about oxen that God is concerned?

Here is what is written in the Law of Moses.“ Do not stop an ox from eating while it helps separate the grain from the straw.”( Deuteronomy 25:4) Is it oxen that God is concerned about?

For it is written in the Law of Moses,“ You shall not muzzle an ox when it treads out the grain.” Is it for oxen that God is concerned?

For the law of Moses says,“ You must not muzzle an ox to keep it from eating as it treads out the grain.” Was God thinking only about oxen when he said this?

这都仰望你按时给它食物。

万民都举目仰望你；你随时给他们食物。你张手，使有生气的都随愿饱足。

你想乌鸦，也不种也不收，又没有仓又没有库，神尚且养活它。你们比飞鸟是何等地贵重呢！你们哪一个能用思虑使寿数多加一刻呢？这最小的事，你们尚且不能做，为什么还忧虑其余的事呢？你想百合花怎么长起来；它也不劳苦，也不纺线。然而我告诉你们，就是所罗门极荣华的时候，他所穿戴的，还不如这花一朵呢！你们这小信的人哪，野地里的草今天还在，明天就丢在炉里，神还给它这样的妆饰，何况你们呢！

但第七日是向耶和华你神当守的安息日。这一日，你和你的儿女、仆婢、牛、驴、牲畜，并在你城里寄居的客旅，无论何工都不可做，使你的仆婢可以和你一样安息。

他用云遮天，为地降雨，使草生长在山上。他赐食给走兽和啼叫的小乌鸦。

你们看那天上的飞鸟，也不种，也不收，也不积蓄在仓里，你们的天父尚且养活它。你们不比飞鸟贵重得多吗？你们哪一个能用思虑使寿数多加一刻呢？何必为衣裳忧虑呢？你想野地里的百合花怎么长起来；它也不劳苦，也不纺线。然而我告诉你们，就是所罗门极荣华的时候，他所穿戴的，还不如这花一朵呢！你们这小信的人哪！野地里的草今天还在，明天就丢在炉里，神还给它这样的妆饰，何况你们呢！

“你若看见弟兄的牛或羊失迷了路，不可佯为不见，总要把它牵回来交给你的弟兄。你弟兄若离你远，或是你不认识他，就要牵到你家去，留在你那里，等你弟兄来寻找就还给他。你的弟兄无论失落什么，或是驴，或是衣服，你若遇见，都要这样行，不可佯为不见。你若看见弟兄的牛或驴跌倒在路上，不可佯为不见，总要帮助他拉起来。

耶和华叫驴开口，对巴兰说：“我向你行了什么，你竟打我这三次呢？”巴兰对驴说：“因为你戏弄我，我恨不能手中有刀，把你杀了。”驴对巴兰说：“我不是你从小时直到今日所骑的驴吗？我素常向你这样行过吗？”巴兰说：“没有。”当时，耶和华使巴兰的眼目明亮，他就看见耶和华的使者站在路上，手里有拔出来的刀，巴兰便低头俯伏在地。耶和华的使者对他说：“你为何这三次打你的驴呢？我出来敌挡你，因你所行的，在我面前偏僻。驴看见我就三次从我面前偏过去；驴若没有偏过去，我早把你杀了，留它存活。”巴兰对耶和华的使者说：“我有罪了。我不知道你站在路上阻挡我；你若不喜欢我去，我就转回。”耶和华的使者对巴兰说：“你同这些人去吧！你只要说我对你说的话。”于是巴兰同着巴勒的使臣去了。

何况这尼尼微大城，其中不能分辨左手右手的有十二万多人，并有许多牲畜，我岂能不爱惜呢？”
