於法外人我效之、以救法外人、然吾不外上帝法、懷基督法矣、

於無律法者我如無律法、以得無律法者、實我在天主前非無律法、乃在基督之律法下、

於法外之人、吾亦儼然以法外之人自居、所以感化法外之人也；實則就天主及基督之妙法言之、吾亦法內之人耳。

To those not having the law I became like one not having the law( though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law.

To those who don’t have the law I became like one who doesn’t have the law. I did this even though I am not free from God’s law. I am under Christ’s law. Now I can win those who don’t have the law.

To those outside the law I became as one outside the law( not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law.

When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law, I too live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ. But I do not ignore the law of God; I obey the law of Christ.

To those who are without the law, like one without the law— though I am not without God’s law but under the law of Christ— to win those without the law.

to those who are without the Law, I became as one without the Law, though not being without the law of God but under the law of Christ, so that I might gain those who are without the Law.

to those who are without law, as without law( not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law;

to them that are without law, as without law, not being without law to God, but under law to Christ, that I might gain them that are without law.

To those who are without that law, like one without the law— not being without God’s law but within Christ’s law— to win those without the law.

To them that are without law, as without law,( being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.

To those free from the law I became like one free from the law( though I am not free from God’s law but under the law of Christ) to gain those free from the law.

to those who are without law, as without law( not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law.

我試問爾、爾受聖神由行律乎、抑由聞而信乎、

蓋異邦人無律、若率性而行合律之行、是無律而自為律、

凡無律獲罪者、亦將無律而淪亡、有律獲罪者、將依律而受鞫、

割與不割、皆無足重、惟守上帝誡而已、各宜止於見召時之分、爾為奴而見召、勿以為慮、若能得釋、寧安之、蓋為奴而見召於主、則為主所釋、自由而見召、則為基督之奴、

勿意我來廢律、或先知也、我來非以廢之、乃以成之、我誠語汝、天地未廢、律之一點一畫必不廢、迨皆成焉、故廢此誡至微之一、又以是訓人者、在天國必謂之至微、惟遵行之、且以訓人者、在天國必謂之大也、我語汝、儻爾之義、無以尚乎士子法利賽人之義、斷不進於天國也、○

勿歉於人、惟以相愛為歉、蓋愛人者盡律也、如曰勿淫、勿殺、勿竊、勿貪、抑或他誡、皆以一言蔽之、曰愛鄰如己、夫愛不為害於鄰、愛也者、律之盡也、○

至於異邦之信者、我儕已遺書、擬定宜戒祭像之物、及血、並勒死之牲、與淫而已、

遂經諸邑、以耶路撒冷、使徒長老所定之命、授門徒守之、

偕我之提多、希利尼人也、未嘗強之受割、因有私引之偽兄弟潛入、窺我儕於基督耶穌所得之自由、欲僕我儕、

感謝上帝、由我主耶穌基督為然、是故我以心志服於上帝律、以形軀服於罪律、

惟聖神之果、乃仁愛、喜樂、和平、恆忍、慈惠、良善、忠信、溫柔、節制、如此者、無律禁之、

蓋有自雅各來者未至時、彼與異邦人同食、及至、則退而自別、畏受割者也、其餘之猶太人、亦相率為偽、甚至巴拿巴亦受其誘而效尤焉、我見其行不端、不依福音之真、遂於眾前語之曰、爾猶太人也、所行既如異邦人、非如猶太人、胡為強異邦人如猶太人乎、

使耆老節制、莊重、貞正、於信愛忍而無疚焉、使老婦之舉止端肅、毋讒毀、毋役於酒、以善訓人、俾迪少婦愛夫愛子、貞正、清潔、善良、操作於家、服從其夫、免上帝之道見謗、幼男亦當勸以貞正、爾凡事自表為善行之模楷、其施教也、無邪而嚴重、言正無可咎責、使違逆者自愧、末由以惡議我儕、勸僕服其主、凡事悅之、無違言、毋私取、惟表其忠、俾凡事修明我救者上帝之道、蓋上帝濟救萬人之恩已顯、教我儕棄絕不虔、與世俗之慾、而以貞正、公義、敬虔、度生於今世、

兄弟乎、我猶有言、因主耶穌、求爾勸爾、依爾素受於我者、當如何行而悅上帝、既行之、則宜增益之、爾知我由主耶穌以何誡授爾、

爾拓我心、我則趨爾誡之道兮、○

使律之義成於我儕、即不依形軀而行、依神而行者也、

兄弟乎、爾蒙召得自由、然勿以自由為形軀之機、惟以愛相供役、蓋全律一言以蔽之、曰愛鄰如己、

子女當緣主順從父母、斯乃善也、敬爾父母、此為寓許之首誡、俾爾暢遂享壽於世、

又云、斯日之後我與以色列家所立之約、乃以我律置其衷銘其心、我於彼為上帝、彼於我為民、

蓋依內心、則悅上帝之律、

蓋聖神與我儕、決意不以他任加爾、惟此要者數端、
