一個還剩有靈性的人是不會這樣行的。那一個是誰？就是一個尋求屬神之種的啊。故此要謹守你們的靈性，不可對你幼年所娶的妻不忠實。因為永恆主以色列之上帝說：『我恨惡休妻的事，也恨惡人以強暴取得妻子，萬軍之永恆主說。故此要謹守你們的靈性，不可有不忠實的行為。』

在潔淨的人、凡物都潔淨，在染污的和不信的人、甚麼都不潔淨，反而連他們的心思和良知也都染污了。

這些事作完了，眾首領前來見我，說：『以色列民和祭司跟利未人並沒有從四圍各地別族之民中分別出來，反而仿照他們可憎惡的事去行，像迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人、亞摩利人所行的。因為他們為自己和他們的兒子娶了這些外族的女子為妻，以致聖別的種類和四圍各地別族之民混雜；而且首領和官長竟在這不忠實的事上也作了罪魁。』

豈不知你們的身體就是基督的肢體麼？那麼、我豈可以拿基督的肢體、去做妓女的肢體呢？斷乎不可。豈不知和妓女膠結的、便是和她成為一體麼？因為上帝說：『二人就成為一體了』。但和主膠結的、便是和主成為一個靈。

奮發，奮發哦！錫安哪，穿上你的力量哦！聖城耶路撒冷啊，穿上你華美的衣服哦！因為今後沒受割禮的和不潔淨的不得再進你中間了。

初熟麥子的麵若是聖的，麵團也就聖了；樹根若是聖的，樹枝也就聖了。

因為藉着上帝的話語和人的祈求、已成聖別了。

彼得便請他們進去，款待他們。第二天彼得就起身，和他們一同出發，還有屬約帕的幾個弟兄和他一同去。
