豈不知入於口者、運於腹而遺於廁乎？

蓋夫為妻之乾綱、亦如基督之為教會乾綱、而覆育全身也。

豈不知爾等之身、乃基督之肢體乎？寧能將基督之肢體、一變而為娼妓之肢體乎？無此理也！

蓋天主之意旨無他、欲爾成聖而已。是宜戒絕一切邪淫、各宜自愛、守身如玉、切勿縱情恣慾、如異邦不識天主者所為也、凡因縱情、而侵害兄弟、欺負兄弟、皆天主所不容、報應孔邇；此點吾儕前已鄭重言之。蓋天主之召吾人、非欲吾人淪於邪污、乃欲吾人進於聖潔。

寧不知萬物終歸朽腐、正備人之一用乎。如此之言、虛有智慧之表、徒令人多諱忌、妄自菲薄、戕賊己身、而於真正克己工夫、毫無實益也。

究竟天主之國、不在飲食、惟在正義和平、與夫怡然自得於聖神之中耳。

因不入其心、而入於腹、食化則遺於廁。』

勸爾勿務易腐之糧、宜務永生之糧、此糧惟受天主聖父印證之人子、能賜於爾。』

吾儕之中、孰能為己而生、為己而死乎？蓋吾人之生也、為主而生；死也、為主而死；生為主之徒、死為主之屬、如是而已矣。且夫基督之所以死而復活者、正欲作生者死者之主宰、而黜陟幽明。

兄弟乎、我憑天主之仁慈、剴切求爾獻身天主、而為有生之犧牲、聖潔無疵、以邀天主之悅納；此即內心事主之道也。

爾祖昔在曠野得食瑪納、然而死矣！

今我兄弟既仰賴基督之身、而死於律法、則從良改嫁、其誰曰不宜？良人者何、即自死中復活之彼人是已！亦在吾人勉結良果、以報答天主云耳。

今基督之死、為眾人也；則眾人之生、亦宜不復為己、而為替其受死而復活之主矣。

凡此皆足污人。不盥手而食、何污人有？』

且若輩亦共食同一神糧、共飲同一神水、蓋靈磐常與之偕、若輩得隨時就飲焉。靈磐者何、基督是已。惟當時多數之人、不為天主所悅、卒致橫屍遍野。

蓋我為天主之故、熱中於爾、甚至有患得患失之情緒。吾既將爾許配良人、固願爾好自保持貞節、克配基督。
