你們中間有人對另一個人有爭訟的事，怎敢在不義的人面前受審判，而不在聖徒面前呢？

爾中或有相爭、敢訟於不義者前、而不於聖徒前乎、

爾與兄弟爭訟、何忍訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、

爾中有相爭之事、何敢訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、

兄弟間如有訟案、理當請聖徒決斷；豈有逕向不義者請求裁判者乎？

If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people?

Suppose one of you wants to bring a charge against another believer. Should you take it to ungodly people to be judged? Why not take it to the Lord’s people?

When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints?

When one of you has a dispute with another believer, how dare you file a lawsuit and ask a secular court to decide the matter instead of taking it to other believers!

If any of you has a dispute against another, how dare you take it to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

Does any one of you, when he has a case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before the unrighteous and not before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

If any of you has a legal dispute against another, do you dare go to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

底米丟和他同行手藝的人若有案件告人，法庭都常開着，又有院省長，他們儘可對告。

保羅剛要開口，迦流就對猶太人說：『猶太人哪！如果是冤枉事或奸惡的匪類行為，按理我該耐心聽你們；但既是關於言論、名目、和你們自己的律法等問題，你們自理罷！我沒有意思要審判這些事。』

而弟兄和弟兄竟相控告，又在不信的人面前啊？你們彼此有訴訟的事，這已絕對是你們的失敗了！為甚麼不寧願受冤枉呢？為甚麼不寧願受詐取呢？

因為上帝不是擾亂之上帝，乃是和平之上帝。

『倘若你弟兄犯了罪，你要去，當你和他獨在的時候使他自知有罪；他若聽你，你便贏得了你弟兄。他若不聽，你要另外帶着一個人或兩個人同你去，使句句話、憑着兩個或三個見證人親口說出，得以成立。他若不聽他們，你要告訴教會；倘若連教會他也不聽，你就拿他當外國人和收稅人得啦。

論到給聖徒的捐款、我從前怎樣吩咐加拉太的眾教會，你們也要怎樣行。

弟兄們，你們知道司提反阿一家是亞該亞的初結果子，又是怎樣派定自己作服事聖徒之工的；

寫信給在哥林多的上帝教會，在基督耶穌裏成聖、蒙召做聖徒的、同所有在各地呼求我們主耶穌基督之名的人。基督是我們的主，也是他們的主。
