So no one should boast in human leaders, for everything is yours—

So then, no more boasting about human leaders! All things are yours,

So no more bragging about human leaders! All things are yours.

So let no one boast in men. For all things are yours,

So don’t boast about following a particular human leader. For everything belongs to you—

So let no one boast in human leaders, for everything is yours—

So then, no one is to be boasting in people. For all things belong to you,

Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours:

Wherefore let no one glory in men. For all things are yours;

Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;

So then, no more boasting about mere mortals! For everything belongs to you,

Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours,

He did not even spare His own Son but offered Him up for us all; how will He not also with Him grant us everything?

Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the saying:“ Nothing beyond what is written.” The purpose is that none of you will be inflated with pride in favor of one person over another.

We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.

This is what the Lord says: The wise man must not boast in his wisdom; the strong man must not boast in his strength; the wealthy man must not boast in his wealth.But the one who boasts should boast in this, that he understands and knows Me— that I am Yahweh, showing faithful love, justice, and righteousness on the earth, for I delight in these things. This is the Lord’s declaration.

The victor will inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he will be My son.

For whenever someone says,“ I’m with Paul,” and another,“ I’m with Apollos,” are you not unspiritual people?What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? They are servants through whom you believed, and each has the role the Lord has given.I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.

For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would inherit the world was not through the law, but through the righteousness that comes by faith.

Indeed, everything is for your benefit, so that grace, extended through more and more people, may cause thanksgiving to increase to God’s glory.

For we are not proclaiming ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves because of Jesus.

What I am saying is this: Each of you says,“ I’m with Paul,” or“ I’m with Apollos,” or“ I’m with Cephas,” or“ I’m with Christ.”Is Christ divided? Was it Paul who was crucified for you? Or were you baptized in Paul’s name?I thank God that I baptized none of you except Crispus and Gaius,so that no one can say you were baptized in my name.I did, in fact, baptize the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don’t know if I baptized anyone else.For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to evangelize— not with clever words, so that the cross of Christ will not be emptied of its effect.
