弟兄姊妹，我当初到你们那里传扬上帝的奥秘，并没有用高深的言论或哲理。

弟兄姊妹，我當初到你們那裡傳揚上帝的奧祕，並沒有用高深的言論或哲理。

弟兄們，我從前到你們那裡去，並沒有用高言大智向你們傳講神的奧祕。

所以弟兄們，我從前到你們那裏去，並沒有用超特的話語或智慧、去傳布上帝的證言給你們啊。

弟兄們，我以前到你們那裡去的時候，並沒有用高言大智對你們傳講神的奧祕，

兄弟乎、我素就爾、宣上帝之奧秘、不以高言峻智、

兄弟乎、我素就爾、傳上帝道、不用高言峻智、

兄弟乎、我昔就爾傳道、為天主作證、未用高言大智、

因此、曩者予在爾處講述天主之妙證、亦未嘗用高言奇智；

And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.

And this was the way it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I didn’t come with fancy words or human wisdom. I preached to you the truth about God’s love.

And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom.

When I first came to you, dear brothers and sisters, I didn’t use lofty words and impressive wisdom to tell you God’s secret plan.

When I came to you, brothers and sisters, announcing the mystery of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom.

And when I came to you, brothers and sisters, I did not come as someone superior in speaking ability or wisdom, as I proclaimed to you the testimony of God.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God.

And I, brethren, when I came unto you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, announcing the testimony of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers and sisters, I did not come with superior eloquence or wisdom as I proclaimed the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, I didn’t come with excellence of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

基督不是差遣我去为人施洗，而是去传扬福音，而且不用高言大智，免得基督十字架的能力被抹杀。

我说话、讲道不是靠充满智慧的雄辩之词，而是靠圣灵的能力作明证，

我们讲述这些事，不是用人类智慧所教的话，而是用圣灵所教的话，用属灵的话解释属灵的事。

这样，我为基督所做的见证就在你们身上得到了证实。

摩西对耶和华说：“主啊！我向来不善言辞，即使你对仆人说话以后，我还是不善言辞，因为我是个拙口笨舌的人。”

约翰便为自己所看见的一切——上帝的道和耶稣基督做见证。

看见主对我说，‘赶快离开耶路撒冷，因为这里的人不会接受你为我做的见证。’

人应该遵循耶和华的训诲和法度。人若不遵循祂的话，必看不到曙光。

因为有人说：“他信中的话有分量，很严厉，他本人却软弱无能，言语粗俗。”

我回答说：“主耶和华啊，我太年轻，不懂得怎样说话。”耶和华却说：“不要说你太年轻，我派你去谁那里，你就去谁那里；我吩咐你说什么，你就说什么。

我虽然不善辞令，但我认识真理。这一点，我在各样的事上已经向你们证明了。

所以，你不要羞于为我们的主做见证，也不要以我这为主被囚的人为耻，要靠着上帝的能力和我一同为福音受苦。

他们并不是在事奉我们的主基督，只是为了满足自己的欲望，用花言巧语欺骗单纯善良的人。

我劝犹太人和希腊人都要悔改，归向上帝，信靠主耶稣基督。

这事之后，保罗离开雅典前往哥林多，在那里认识了一位在本都出生的犹太人亚居拉。由于克劳狄命令所有的犹太人离开罗马，他最近和妻子百基拉从意大利来到哥林多。保罗拜访了他们。他们夫妇跟保罗是同行，都以制造帐篷为业，保罗就留下来和他们同住，一起做工。保罗每个安息日都到会堂与犹太人和希腊人辩论，劝导他们信主。

主降临的那日，祂要在祂的众圣徒中得到荣耀，使所有的信徒惊叹不已。你们也会在当中，因为你们相信了我们做的见证。

我们看见过，现在做见证：父差遣了祂的儿子成为世人的救主。

我俯伏在他脚前要拜他，他却说：“千万不可！我和你并那些为耶稣做见证的弟兄姊妹同是上帝的奴仆。你要敬拜上帝，因为预言的真谛就是为耶稣做见证。”

这正道来自当受称颂的上帝托付我传扬的荣耀福音。

我约翰是你们的弟兄，在耶稣里和你们患难与共、同享国度、一起忍耐。我因传扬上帝的道、为主耶稣做见证而到了拔摩海岛上。
