不但如此，如果死人真地不能得甦活起來的話，那麼我們還要被指為上帝的假證人、作證妄說上帝的呢、說他叫他所沒有甦活起來的基督活了起來！

并且明显我们是为神妄作见证的，因我们见证神是叫基督复活了。若死人真不复活，神也就没有叫基督复活了。

这样，我们甚至被当作是为上帝妄作见证的，因为我们见证上帝是使基督复活了。如果死人真的没有复活，上帝就没有使基督复活了。

这样，我们就被看做是神的假见证人，因为我们见证了有关神的事，说神使基督复活了，如果死人真不会复活，神就没有使基督复活；

死者不起、則上帝未嘗起基督、而我證其起之、適為妄證於上帝、

死者不甦、則上帝未甦基督、而吾證上帝甦之、則為妄證、

若死者不復活、則天主未使基督復活、而我儕證天主曾使之復活、是我儕為天主妄證矣、

不寧惟是、吾人將為天主之偽證矣。蓋死者苟無復活、則天主實未復活基督、而吾人強為之證曰、天主已復活之矣、是非偽證而何。

More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised.

We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified about God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised.

And we apostles would all be lying about God— for we have said that God raised Christ from the grave. But that can’t be true if there is no resurrection of the dead.

Moreover, we are found to be false witnesses about God, because we have testified wrongly about God that he raised up Christ— whom he did not raise up, if in fact the dead are not raised.

對於他、上帝卻解去了死亡之慘痛，使他復起，因為他被死握住是不可能的。

如果沒有死人之復活，基督也就沒有得甦活起來了；

你們要為上帝說不義的話麼？要為他說詭詐的話語麼？你們要徇他的情面麼？要為上帝辯訴麼？他察透你們來，這哪裏是好呢？或是像人愚弄了人，你們也要照樣愚弄他麼？你們若暗中徇情面，他一定會譴責你們。

不但對猶太人、也對希利尼人、我都鄭重地證明他們在上帝面前應當悔改，對我們主耶穌應當有信心。

這耶穌、上帝已經使他復起了，我們呢、都是這事的見證人。

也不可在爭訟的事上偏護貧寒人。

我們呢、就是他在猶太地區和耶路撒冷所行的一切事、的見證人。人竟把他掛在木架上殺掉了！第三天、上帝卻使這個人活了起來，並給他權能得以顯現，不是顯於眾民，乃是顯於上帝所先選派的見證人，顯於我們這些在他從死人中復起以後和他同喫同喝的人。上帝囑咐我們向人民宣傳，鄭重地證明這人就是上帝所立定、要做活人死人之審判主的。

那麼你們眾人和以色列眾民就該知道，是因着你們所釘十字架的、上帝從人中所甦活起來的、拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名；是因着這個、這人才站在你們面前、康健無病的。

上帝卻叫他從死人中活了起來。他許多日子向那從加利利同他上耶路撒冷的人顯現；這些人如今就是他對人民的見證。我們呢、也將上帝向列祖所答應的應許這好消息傳給你們，說：上帝怎樣向我們做兒女的應驗了這事，叫耶穌復起，正如《詩篇》第二篇所記的說：「你是我的兒子，我今日生了你。」

使徒用大能力提出主耶穌復活的見證來；眾人都大蒙恩惠。

但上帝的真實如果因我的虛假越發彰顯他的榮耀來，為甚麼我還被斷為罪人呢？難道要說：「讓我們作惡，使善來到」麼？（這是我們所受的毁謗；有人說我們曾說了這話）：這樣辯論的人之受定罪、是該當的。

其實不然，基督已經從死人中得甦活起來、做長眠着之人的初熟果子了。
