Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.

Brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the good news I preached to you. You received it and have put your faith in it.

Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand,

Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it.

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel I preached to you, which you received, on which you have taken your stand

Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand,

Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand,

Now I make known unto you brethren, the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye received, wherein also ye stand,

Now brothers, I want to clarify for you the gospel I proclaimed to you; you received it and have taken your stand on it.

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel that I preached to you, that you received and on which you stand,

Now I declare to you, brothers, the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand,

I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin.I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ. (niv)

For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve.After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep.Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles,and last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born.For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them— yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.Whether, then, it is I or they, this is what we preach, and this is what you believed. (niv)

With the help of Silas, whom I regard as a faithful brother, I have written to you briefly, encouraging you and testifying that this is the true grace of God. Stand fast in it. (niv)

through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. (niv)

This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares. (niv)

Every Sabbath he reasoned in the synagogue, trying to persuade Jews and Greeks.When Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself exclusively to preaching, testifying to the Jews that Jesus was the Messiah. (niv)

Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm. (niv)

The apostles and the believers throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. (niv)

Others, like seed sown on rocky places, hear the word and at once receive it with joy.But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away.Still others, like seed sown among thorns, hear the word;but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful.Others, like seed sown on good soil, hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop— some thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times what was sown.” (niv)

Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day. (niv)

And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe. (niv)

As for other matters, brothers and sisters, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. (niv)

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us. (niv)

There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. (niv)

You became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message in the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit. (niv)

For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling.My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power,so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. (niv)

I always thank my God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus.For in him you have been enriched in every way— with all kinds of speech and with all knowledge—God thus confirming our testimony about Christ among you.Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed.He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles,but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. (niv)
