To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

圣灵显在各人身上，是叫人得益处。

圣灵彰显在各人身上，是要使人得益处。

圣灵彰显在各人身上，是要使人得益处。

圣灵给各人不同的恩赐为要使众人得益处。

圣灵显现在各人的身上，为的是要使人得着益处。

不过圣灵显明在每个人的身上，是为了共同的益处，因为：

聖靈顯在各人身上，是叫人得益處。

聖靈彰顯在各人身上，是要使人得益處。

聖靈彰顯在各人身上，是要使人得益處。

聖靈給各人不同的恩賜為要使眾人得益處。

聖靈顯現在各人的身上，為的是要使人得著益處。

不過各人稟受靈之表顯、是要有益於人的。

不過聖靈顯明在每個人的身上，是為了共同的益處，因為：

聖神之顯著、賦於各人、以致其益、

聖神顯其能、俾眾有益、

聖神所顯之能、賜於各人、俾眾有益、

且聖神所授予各人之啟牖、莫非為眾人之益耳。

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

The Holy Spirit is given to each of us in a special way. That is for the good of all.

A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other.

A manifestation of the Spirit is given to each person for the common good:

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

A demonstration of the Spirit is given to each person to produce what is beneficial:

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the benefit of all.

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all.

Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith;if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching;the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

Nevertheless, in church I would rather speak five words with my mind in order to instruct others, than ten thousand words in a tongue.

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies— in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

So with yourselves, since you are eager for manifestations of the Spirit, strive to excel in building up the church.

But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift.Therefore it says,“ When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men.”( In saying,“ He ascended,” what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower regions, the earth?He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,

For you may be giving thanks well enough, but the other person is not being built up.

Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be built up.

“ For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property.To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more.So also he who had the two talents made two talents more.But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master’s money.Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them.And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying,‘ Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’His master said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying,‘ Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’His master said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying,‘ Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed,so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’But his master answered him,‘ You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed?Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest.So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

Thus tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is a sign not for unbelievers but for believers.If, therefore, the whole church comes together and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you are out of your minds?But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all,the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, falling on his face, he will worship God and declare that God is really among you.What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up.
