耶希伊利的兒子西坦和他兄弟約珥管理耶和華殿的庫房。暗蘭人、以斯哈人、希伯倫人、烏薛人也有職務。摩西的孫子，革舜的兒子細布業管理庫房。還有他的弟兄：以利以謝，以利以謝的兒子利哈比雅，利哈比雅的兒子耶篩亞，耶篩亞的兒子約蘭，約蘭的兒子細基利，細基利的兒子示羅密。這示羅密和他的兄弟管理一切庫房的聖物，就是大衛王和眾族長、千夫長、百夫長，以及軍官所分別為聖之物。

把王和謀士、軍官，並在那裏的以色列眾人為我們上帝殿所獻的金銀和器皿，都秤了交給他們。我秤了交在他們手中的有六百五十他連得銀子，一百他連得銀器，一百他連得金子，二十個金碗，值一千達利克，上等光亮的銅器皿兩個，珍貴如金。我對他們說：「你們歸耶和華為聖，器皿也歸為聖；金銀是甘心獻給耶和華－你們列祖之上帝的。你們要警醒看守，直到你們在祭司長和利未族長，以及以色列的各族長面前，在耶路撒冷耶和華殿的庫房內，把這些過了秤。」於是，祭司和利未人把秤過的金銀和器皿接過來，要帶到耶路撒冷我們上帝的殿裏。

在這之前，與多比雅結親的以利亞實祭司，受派管理我們上帝殿中的庫房，為多比雅預備了一間大屋子，就是從前收存素祭、乳香、器皿，和照例供給利未人、歌唱者、門口守衛的五穀、新酒和新油的十分之一，以及歸祭司之舉祭的屋子。
