耶希伊利的儿子西坦和他兄弟约珥管理耶和华殿的库房。暗兰人、以斯哈人、希伯伦人、乌薛人也有职务。摩西的孙子，革舜的儿子细布业管理库房。还有他的弟兄：以利以谢，以利以谢的儿子利哈比雅，利哈比雅的儿子耶筛亚，耶筛亚的儿子约兰，约兰的儿子细基利，细基利的儿子示罗密。这示罗密和他的兄弟管理一切库房的圣物，就是大卫王和众族长、千夫长、百夫长，以及军官所分别为圣之物。

把王和谋士、军官，并在那里的以色列众人为我们神殿所献的金银和器皿，都秤了交给他们。我秤了交在他们手中的有六百五十他连得银子，一百他连得银器，一百他连得金子，二十个金碗，值一千达利克，上等光亮的铜器皿两个，珍贵如金。我对他们说：“你们归耶和华为圣，器皿也归为圣；金银是甘心献给耶和华—你们列祖之神的。你们要警醒看守，直到你们在祭司长和利未族长，以及以色列的各族长面前，在耶路撒冷耶和华殿的库房内，把这些过了秤。”于是，祭司和利未人把秤过的金银和器皿接过来，要带到耶路撒冷我们神的殿里。

在这之前，与多比雅结亲的以利亚实祭司，受派管理我们神殿中的库房，为多比雅预备了一间大屋子，就是从前收存素祭、乳香、器皿，和照例供给利未人、歌唱者、门口守卫的五谷、新酒和新油的十分之一，以及归祭司之举祭的屋子。
