大卫对阿珥楠说：“你将这禾场与相连之地卖给我，我必给你足价，我好在其上为耶和华筑一座坛，使民间的瘟疫止住。”

大卫对他说：“请你将这块麦场卖给我，我要在这里为耶和华筑一座祭坛，好止住民间的瘟疫。你全价卖给我吧。”

大卫对阿珥楠说：“请把这块禾场的地让给我，我要在这里为耶和华筑一座祭坛，请你算足价银让给我，使民间的瘟疫可以止息。”

大衛對阿珥楠說：『請將這禾場的地址給我，我好在這上頭為永恆主築座祭壇；請按足額的價銀賣給我，使疫症可以被抑制住、不再流行於民間。』

大衛謂之曰、以此禾場予我、我為耶和華築壇其上、俾疫止於民間、必足其價、以場予我、

大闢曰、以此穀場、予我築壇、奉事耶和華、我與爾值、俾民疫止。

大衛謂阿珥楠曰、爾以此禾場予我、我足予爾以值、我於其上為主建祭臺、以止民間疫癘、

David said to him,“ Let me have the site of your threshing floor so I can build an altar to the Lord, that the plague on the people may be stopped. Sell it to me at the full price.”

David said to him,“ Let me have the property your threshing floor is on. I want to build an altar there to honor the Lord. When I do, the plague on the people will be stopped. Sell the threshing floor to me for the full price.”

And David said to Ornan,“ Give me the site of the threshing floor that I may build on it an altar to the Lord— give it to me at its full price— that the plague may be averted from the people.”

David said to Araunah,“ Let me buy this threshing floor from you at its full price. Then I will build an altar to the Lord there, so that he will stop the plague.”

Then David said to Ornan,“ Give me this threshing-floor plot so that I may build an altar to the LORD on it. Give it to me for the full price, so the plague on the people may be stopped.”

Then David said to Ornan,“ Give me the site of this threshing floor, so that I may build on it an altar to the Lord; you shall give it to me for the full price, so that the plague may be brought to a halt from the people.”

Then David said to Ornan,“ Grant me the place of this threshing floor, that I may build an altar on it to the Lord. You shall grant it to me at the full price, that the plague may be withdrawn from the people.”

Then David said to Ornan, Give me the place of this threshing- floor, that I may build thereon an altar unto Jehovah: for the full price shalt thou give it me, that the plague may be stayed from the people.

Then David said to Ornan,“ Give me this threshing-floor plot so that I may build an altar to the Lord on it. Give it to me for the full price, so the plague on the people may be stopped.”

Then David said to Ornan, Grant me the place of[ this] threshingfloor, that I may build an altar therein unto the LORD: thou shalt grant it me for the full price: that the plague may be stayed from the people.

David said to Ornan,“ Sell me the threshing floor so I can build on it an altar for the LORD– I’ll pay top price– so that the plague may be removed from the people.”

Then David said to Ornan,“ Give me the place of this threshing floor, that I may build an altar to Yahweh on it. You shall sell it to me for the full price, that the plague may be stopped from afflicting the people.”

He stood between the living and the dead, and the plague stopped. (niv)

Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?”“ To buy your threshing floor,” David answered,“ so I can build an altar to the Lord, that the plague on the people may be stopped.” (niv)

and followed the Israelite into the tent. He drove the spear into both of them, right through the Israelite man and into the woman’s stomach. Then the plague against the Israelites was stopped; (niv)
