神啊，这在你眼中还看为小，又应许你仆人的家至于久远。耶和华神啊，你看顾我好像看顾高贵的人。

上帝啊，这在你眼中还看为小，你又说到你仆人的家将来的情况。耶和华上帝啊，你看顾我好像看顾尊贵的人。

神啊，这在你眼中还看为小，你又说到你仆人的家将来的情况。耶和华神啊，你看顾我好像看顾尊贵的人。

上帝啊，不止如此，你还应许将来要恩待仆人的后裔。耶和华上帝啊，你视我为尊贵的人。

神啊，这在你眼中看为小事，你对你仆人的家的未来发出应许！耶和华神啊，你看我好像一个高贵的人。

神啊，這在你眼中還看為小，又應許你僕人的家至於久遠。耶和華神啊，你看顧我好像看顧高貴的人。

上帝啊，這在你眼中還看為小，你又說到你僕人的家將來的情況。耶和華上帝啊，你看顧我好像看顧尊貴的人。

神啊，這在你眼中還看為小，你又說到你僕人的家將來的情況。耶和華神啊，你看顧我好像看顧尊貴的人。

上帝啊，不止如此，你還應許將來要恩待僕人的後裔。耶和華上帝啊，你視我為尊貴的人。

神啊，這在你眼中看為小事，你對你僕人的家的未來發出應許！耶和華神啊，你看我好像一個高貴的人。

然而上帝啊、這在你眼中雖看為小事，你卻說到你僕人家的事至於久遠！永恆主上帝啊，你竟看我有上級人士的地位啊！

上帝歟、此於爾目、猶以為小、爾又言及爾僕之家、至於久遠、耶和華上帝歟、爾之待我、等於尊顯之人、

曾是上帝、以今所行、猶為不足、復有應許、欲昌我後、至於恆久、耶和華上帝錫我、得同於斯世之豪傑。

天主歟、此恩在主目中猶以為小、更許施恩於僕之家、至於久遠、主天主歟、恩待我較勝於他人、又作待我與待至高之人無異

And as if this were not enough in your sight, my God, you have spoken about the future of the house of your servant. You, Lord God, have looked on me as though I were the most exalted of men.

I would have thought that you had already done more than enough for me. But now, my God, you have spoken about my royal house. You have said what will happen to it in days to come. Lord God, you have treated me as if I were the most honored man of all.

And this was a small thing in your eyes, O God. You have also spoken of your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have shown me future generations, O Lord God!

And now, O God, in addition to everything else, you speak of giving your servant a lasting dynasty! You speak as though I were someone very great, O Lord God!

This was a little thing to you, God, for you have spoken about your servant’s house in the distant future. You regard me as a man of distinction, LORD God.

This was a small thing in Your eyes, God; but You have spoken of Your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have viewed me according to the standard of a person of high degree, Lord God.

And yet this was a small thing in Your sight, O God; and You have also spoken of Your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have regarded me according to the rank of a man of high degree, O Lord God.

And this was a small thing in thine eyes, O God; but thou hast spoken of thy servant’s house for a great while to come, and hast regarded me according to the estate of a man of high degree, O Jehovah God.

This was a little thing to You, God, for You have spoken about Your servant’s house in the distant future. You regard me as a man of distinction, Lord God.

And[ yet] this was a small thing in thine eyes, O God; for thou hast[ also] spoken of thy servant’s house for a great while to come, and hast regarded me according to the estate of a man of high degree, O LORD God.

And you did not stop there, O God! You have also spoken about the future of your servant’s family. You have revealed to me what men long to know, O LORD God.

This was a small thing in your eyes, God; but you have spoken of your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have respected me according to the standard of a man of high degree, Yahweh God.

And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross!Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. he says:“ It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” (niv)

When your days are over and you go to be with your ancestors, I will raise up your offspring to succeed you, one of your own sons, and I will establish his kingdom.He is the one who will build a house for me, and I will establish his throne forever.I will be his father, and he will be my son. I will never take my love away from him, as I took it away from your predecessor.I will set him over my house and my kingdom forever; his throne will be established forever.’”Nathan reported to David all the words of this entire revelation. “ Now then, tell my servant David,‘ This is what the Lord Almighty says: I took you from the pasture, from tending the flock, and appointed you ruler over my people Israel.I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name like the names of the greatest men on earth. (niv)

Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for— both wealth and honor— so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings. (niv)

He chose David his servant and took him from the sheep pens;from tending the sheep he brought him to be the shepherd of his people Jacob, of Israel his inheritance.And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them. (niv)

This is an easy thing in the eyes of the Lord; he will also deliver Moab into your hands. (niv)

And as if this were not enough in your sight, Sovereign Lord, you have also spoken about the future of the house of your servant— and this decree, Sovereign Lord, is for a mere human! (niv)

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, (niv)

I gave your master’s house to you, and your master’s wives into your arms. I gave you all Israel and Judah. And if all this had been too little, I would have given you even more. (niv)

Once you spoke in a vision, to your faithful people you said:“ I have bestowed strength on a warrior; I have raised up a young man from among the people.I have found David my servant; with my sacred oil I have anointed him.My hand will sustain him; surely my arm will strengthen him.The enemy will not get the better of him; the wicked will not oppress him.I will crush his foes before him and strike down his adversaries.My faithful love will be with him, and through my name his horn will be exalted.I will set his hand over the sea, his right hand over the rivers.He will call out to me,‘ You are my Father, my God, the Rock my Savior.’And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth.I will maintain my love to him forever, and my covenant with him will never fail.I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure.“ If his sons forsake my law and do not follow my statutes,if they violate my decrees and fail to keep my commands,I will punish their sin with the rod, their iniquity with flogging;but I will not take my love from him, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.I will not violate my covenant or alter what my lips have uttered.Once for all, I have sworn by my holiness— and I will not lie to David—that his line will continue forever and his throne endure before me like the sun;it will be established forever like the moon, the faithful witness in the sky.” (niv)
