不復如曩時、我命士師治我民以色列時敗壞之焉、我必使爾諸敵皆服於爾、我耶和華亦應許爾、必為爾建家室、

That is what your enemies have done ever since I appointed leaders over my people Israel. But I will bring all your enemies under your control.“‘ “I tell you that I, the Lord, will build a royal house for your family.

我要在他面前打碎他的敌人，我要击打那些恨他的人。

当时在以色列全地找不到一个铁匠，因为非利士人说：“恐怕希伯来人制造刀剑或长矛。”所以，以色列人都下到非利士人那里去，磨利他们的锄头、犁头、斧头和铲子。

非利士人聚集起来，要与以色列争战，他们有战车三千辆、马兵六千，人多如海边的沙粒。他们上来，在伯亚文东边的米克玛扎营。以色列人看见形势危急，处境窘迫，军兵就躲藏在洞穴里、丛林中、岩石间、地窖里和坑里。

因为基督必须做王，直到神把所有的敌人都放在他的脚下。

耶和华对我主宣告：“你坐在我的右边，等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳。”

你的手找出你一切的仇敌，你的右手找出那些恨你的人。当你出现的时候，你要使他们如同燃烧的火炉；耶和华必在他的怒气中吞灭他们，他的烈火必把他们吞噬。

如果不是耶和华建造房屋，建造的人就枉然劳苦；如果不是耶和华看守城池，看守的人就枉然警醒。

你使我的仇敌在我面前转身而逃，我把那些恨我的人除尽。他们呼救，却没有人拯救；他们向耶和华呼救，他也不回应。我捣碎他们，如同风前的尘土；我倒出他们，如同街道的泥泞。你救我脱离民众的纷争，立我作列国之首，连我不认识的民也服事我。他们风闻了我，就顺从我；外邦人向我卑躬屈膝。外邦人闻风丧胆，战战兢兢地从他们的营寨中出来。耶和华永远活着！我的磐石是当受颂赞的！愿拯救我的神受尊崇！这位神，他是为我复仇的那一位，他使万民降服在我之下。你救我脱离我的仇敌；是的，你举起我高过那些起来敌对我的人，你又解救我脱离残暴的人。因此我要在列国中称谢你，耶和华啊，我要歌颂你的名！耶和华赐伟大的救恩给他所立的王，施慈爱给他的受膏者，就是大卫和他的后裔，直到永远。
