As the ark of the covenant of the Lord was entering the City of David, Michal daughter of Saul watched from a window. And when she saw King David dancing and celebrating, she despised him in her heart.

The ark of the covenant of the Lord was brought into the City of David. Saul’s daughter Michal was watching from a window. She saw King David dancing and celebrating. That made her hate him in her heart.

And as the ark of the covenant of the Lord came to the city of David, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out of the window and saw King David dancing and celebrating, and she despised him in her heart.

But as the Ark of the Lord’s Covenant entered the City of David, Michal, the daughter of Saul, looked down from her window. When she saw King David skipping about and laughing with joy, she was filled with contempt for him.

As the ark of the covenant of the LORD was entering the city of David, Saul’s daughter Michal looked down from the window and saw King David leaping and dancing, and she despised him in her heart.

When the ark of the covenant of the Lord came to the city of David, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out of the window and saw King David dancing and celebrating; and she despised him in her heart.

And it happened, as the ark of the covenant of the Lord came to the City of David, that Michal, Saul’s daughter, looked through a window and saw King David whirling and playing music; and she despised him in her heart.

And it came to pass, as the ark of the covenant of Jehovah came to the city of David, that Michal the daughter of Saul looked out at the window, and saw king David dancing and playing; and she despised him in her heart.

As the ark of the LORD’s covenant entered the City of David, Michal, Saul’s daughter, looked out the window. When she saw King David jumping and celebrating, she despised him.

As the ark of Yahweh’s covenant came to David’s city, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out at the window, and saw king David dancing and playing; and she despised him in her heart.

里面有金香坛和四周包金的约柜；柜里有盛着吗哪的金罐、亚伦那根发过芽的杖和两块约版；

扫罗派人到大卫家去监视他，要在清晨杀他。大卫的妻子米甲警告大卫说：“你今夜如果不逃命，明天就会被杀死。”米甲从窗口把大卫缒下去，大卫就离开那里，逃走脱身了。米甲取来家族神像，放在床上，在头部放了山羊毛料，然后用衣服盖住神像。扫罗派人去捉拿大卫时，米甲说：“他生病了。”扫罗又派人去查看大卫，说：“你们把他连床一起抬到我这里来，我好杀他。”派来的人到达后，看哪，有个家族神像在床上，头部放着山羊毛料。扫罗问米甲：“你为什么这样欺骗我，放走我的仇敌，让他逃脱呢？”米甲回答扫罗：“他对我说：‘放我走！我何必杀你呢？’”

那时，扫罗已经把他的女儿米甲，就是大卫的妻子，嫁给了迦琳人拉亿的儿子帕提。

不过一个属血气的人不接受属神的灵的这些事，因为对他来说，这些是愚拙的；他也不能明白，因为这些事要用属灵的方式才能洞察。

大卫就动身，带着他的部下去击杀了两百个非利士人。大卫把他们的包皮带来，满数交给王，为要作王的女婿。于是扫罗把他的女儿米甲给大卫为妻。扫罗看见并知道耶和华与大卫同在，而且自己的女儿米甲也爱大卫，

要用铃鼓和舞蹈赞美他，用丝弦和笛子赞美他！

哭泣有时，欢笑有时；哀哭有时，跳跃有时；

因为我为你的缘故承担辱骂，羞愧遮盖了我的脸。我的弟兄们把我当作外人，我母亲的儿女把我当作外邦人。然而我为你的殿，心火焚烧；辱骂你之人的辱骂都落在我身上。

军队回到营地中，以色列的长老们说：“为什么今天耶和华让我们败在非利士人面前呢？我们把耶和华的约柜从示罗带到我们这里吧，让约柜来到我们当中，拯救我们脱离仇敌的手！”

愿他们用舞蹈赞美他的名，用铃鼓和竖琴歌颂他！

因为我们如果癫狂，是为了神；如果清醒，是为了你们。

可是另有些人嘲笑说：“他们被新酒灌醉了！”

你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，你已脱去我的麻衣，为我披上喜乐，
