掃羅的兒子是約拿單、亦施韋和麥基舒亞。他有兩個女兒，大的名叫米拉，小的名叫米甲。

義人死亡，沒有人放在心上；忠誠的人被接去，沒有人理會。義人被接去脫離禍患，進入平安；行事坦誠的人安息在自己的躺臥處。
