- Isaiah 40:30 - Even youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly,
- Isaiah 40:31 - But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] Will gain new strength and renew their power; They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; They will run and not become weary, They will walk and not grow tired.

- Isaiah 7:14 - Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Listen carefully, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will call his name Immanuel (God with us).
- Isaiah 9:6 - For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given; And the government shall be upon His shoulder, And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

- Deuteronomy 30:12 - It is not [a secret hidden] in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will go up to heaven for us and bring it to us, so that we may hear it and obey it?’
- John 3:13 - No one has gone up into heaven, but there is One who came down from heaven, the Son of Man [Himself—whose home is in heaven].
