Jeremiah 28:1 - One day in late summer of that same year—the fourth year of the reign of Zedekiah, king of Judah—Hananiah son of Azzur, a prophet from Gibeon, addressed me publicly in the Temple while all the priests and people listened. He said,
Psalms 22:1 - My God, my God, why have you abandoned me? Why are you so far away when I groan for help?
Matthew 24:11 - And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people.
Nehemiah 4:4 - Then I prayed, “Hear us, our God, for we are being mocked. May their scoffing fall back on their own heads, and may they themselves become captives in a foreign land!
Nehemiah 4:5 - Do not ignore their guilt. Do not blot out their sins, for they have provoked you to anger here in front of the builders.”
Jeremiah 28:10 - Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke off Jeremiah’s neck and broke it in pieces.
Jeremiah 18:20 - Should they repay evil for good? They have dug a pit to kill me, though I pleaded for them and tried to protect them from your anger.
Jeremiah 18:21 - So let their children starve! Let them die by the sword! Let their wives become childless widows. Let their old men die in a plague, and let their young men be killed in battle!
Jeremiah 18:22 - Let screaming be heard from their homes as warriors come suddenly upon them. For they have dug a pit for me and have hidden traps along my path.
Jeremiah 18:23 - Lord, you know all about their murderous plots against me. Don’t forgive their crimes and blot out their sins. Let them die before you. Deal with them in your anger.
Psalms 63:1 - O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.
2 Timothy 3:8 - These teachers oppose the truth just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses. They have depraved minds and a counterfeit faith.
Jeremiah 11:20 - O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, you make righteous judgments, and you examine the deepest thoughts and secrets. Let me see your vengeance against them, for I have committed my cause to you.
Jeremiah 11:21 - This is what the Lord says about the men of Anathoth who wanted me dead. They had said, “We will kill you if you do not stop prophesying in the Lord’s name.”
Jeremiah 11:22 - So this is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says about them: “I will punish them! Their young men will die in battle, and their boys and girls will starve to death.
Jeremiah 11:23 - Not one of these plotters from Anathoth will survive, for I will bring disaster upon them when their time of punishment comes.”
Matthew 7:15 - “Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves.
Jeremiah 14:18 - If I go out into the fields, I see the bodies of people slaughtered by the enemy. If I walk the city streets, I see people who have died of starvation. The prophets and priests continue with their work, but they don’t know what they’re doing.”
Isaiah 9:14 - Therefore, in a single day the Lord will destroy both the head and the tail, the noble palm branch and the lowly reed.
Isaiah 9:15 - The leaders of Israel are the head, and the lying prophets are the tail.

Psalms 140:7 - O Sovereign Lord, the strong one who rescued me, you protected me on the day of battle.
Psalms 140:8 - Lord, do not let evil people have their way. Do not let their evil schemes succeed, or they will become proud. Interlude
Psalms 140:9 - Let my enemies be destroyed by the very evil they have planned for me.
Psalms 140:10 - Let burning coals fall down on their heads. Let them be thrown into the fire or into watery pits from which they can’t escape.
Psalms 140:11 - Don’t let liars prosper here in our land. Cause great disasters to fall on the violent.
Jeremiah 14:15 - Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I will punish these lying prophets, for they have spoken in my name even though I never sent them. They say that no war or famine will come, but they themselves will die by war and famine!
2 Timothy 4:14 - Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm, but the Lord will judge him for what he has done.
2 Timothy 4:15 - Be careful of him, for he fought against everything we said.
Nehemiah 13:29 - Remember them, O my God, for they have defiled the priesthood and the solemn vows of the priests and Levites.
