Jeremias 7:21 - Assim diz o Senhor dos Exércitos, o Deus de Israel: “Juntem os seus holocaustos aos outros sacrifícios e comam a carne vocês mesmos!
Jeremias 7:22 - Quando tirei do Egito os seus antepassados, nada lhes falei nem lhes ordenei quanto a holocaustos e sacrifícios.
Jeremias 7:23 - Dei-lhes, entretanto, esta ordem: Obedeçam-me, e eu serei o seu Deus e vocês serão o meu povo. Vocês andarão em todo o caminho que eu ordenar, para que tudo vá bem a vocês.
Isaías 58:5 - Será esse o jejum que escolhi, que apenas um dia o homem se humilhe, incline a cabeça como o junco e se deite sobre pano de saco e cinzas? É isso que vocês chamam jejum, um dia aceitável ao Senhor?
Isaías 58:6 - “O jejum que desejo não é este: soltar as correntes da injustiça, desatar as cordas do jugo, pôr em liberdade os oprimidos e romper todo jugo?
Isaías 58:7 - Não é partilhar sua comida com o faminto, abrigar o pobre desamparado, vestir o nu que você encontrou, e não recusar ajuda ao próximo?
Isaías 1:11 - “Para que me oferecem tantos sacrifícios?”, pergunta o Senhor. “Para mim, chega de holocaustos de carneiros e da gordura de novilhos gordos. Não tenho nenhum prazer no sangue de novilhos, de cordeiros e de bodes!
Isaías 1:12 - Quando vocês vêm à minha presença, quem pediu que pusessem os pés em meus átrios?
Isaías 1:13 - Parem de trazer ofertas inúteis! O incenso de vocês é repugnante para mim. Luas novas, sábados e reuniões! Não consigo suportar suas assembleias cheias de iniquidade.
Isaías 1:14 - Suas festas da lua nova e suas festas fixas, eu as odeio. Tornaram-se um fardo para mim; não as suporto mais!
Isaías 1:15 - Quando vocês estenderem as mãos em oração, esconderei de vocês os meus olhos; mesmo que multipliquem as suas orações, não as escutarei! “As suas mãos estão cheias de sangue!
Isaías 1:16 - Lavem-se! Limpem-se! Removam suas más obras para longe da minha vista! Parem de fazer o mal,
Isaías 1:17 - aprendam a fazer o bem! Busquem a justiça, acabem com a opressão. Lutem pelos direitos do órfão, defendam a causa da viúva.
Hebreus 10:8 - Primeiro ele disse: “Sacrifícios, ofertas, holocaustos e ofertas pelo pecado não quiseste nem deles te agradaste” (os quais eram feitos conforme a Lei).
Salmos 50:8 - Não o acuso pelos seus sacrifícios, nem pelos holocaustos , que você sempre me oferece.
Salmos 50:9 - Não tenho necessidade de nenhum novilho dos seus estábulos nem dos bodes dos seus currais,
Salmos 50:10 - pois todos os animais da floresta são meus, como são as cabeças de gado aos milhares nas colinas.
Salmos 50:11 - Conheço todas as aves dos montes e cuido das criaturas do campo.
Salmos 50:12 - Se eu tivesse fome, precisaria dizer a você? Pois o mundo é meu, e tudo o que nele existe.
Salmos 50:13 - Acaso como carne de touros ou bebo sangue de bodes?
Salmos 50:14 - “Ofereça a Deus em sacrifício a sua gratidão, cumpra os seus votos para com o Altíssimo,
Salmos 50:15 - e clame a mim no dia da angústia; eu o livrarei, e você me honrará.”
1 Coríntios 13:1 - Ainda que eu fale as línguas dos homens e dos anjos, se não tiver amor, serei como o sino que ressoa ou como o prato que retine.
1 Coríntios 13:2 - Ainda que eu tenha o dom de profecia, saiba todos os mistérios e todo o conhecimento e tenha uma fé capaz de mover montanhas, se não tiver amor, nada serei.
1 Coríntios 13:3 - Ainda que eu dê aos pobres tudo o que possuo e entregue o meu corpo para ser queimado , se não tiver amor, nada disso me valerá.
Mateus 9:13 - Vão aprender o que significa isto: ‘Desejo misericórdia, não sacrifícios’ . Pois eu não vim chamar justos, mas pecadores”. ( Mc 2.18-22 ; Lc 5.33-39 )
Mateus 12:7 - Se vocês soubessem o que significam estas palavras: ‘Desejo misericórdia, não sacrifícios’ , não teriam condenado inocentes.
1 Samuel 15:22 - Samuel, porém, respondeu: “Acaso tem o Senhor tanto prazer em holocaustos e em sacrifícios quanto em que se obedeça à sua palavra? A obediência é melhor do que o sacrifício, e a submissão é melhor do que a gordura de carneiros.
Oseias 6:6 - Pois desejo misericórdia e não sacrifícios; conhecimento de Deus em vez de holocaustos .
Miqueias 6:6 - Com que eu poderia comparecer diante do Senhor e curvar-me perante o Deus exaltado? Deveria oferecer holocaustos de bezerros de um ano?
Miqueias 6:7 - Ficaria o Senhor satisfeito com milhares de carneiros, com dez mil ribeiros de azeite? Devo oferecer o meu filho mais velho por causa da minha transgressão, o fruto do meu corpo por causa do pecado que eu cometi?
Miqueias 6:8 - Ele mostrou a você, ó homem, o que é bom e o que o Senhor exige: pratique a justiça, ame a fidelidade e ande humildemente com o seu Deus.
