  • Mark 13:5 - And Jesus began to say to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.
  • Mark 13:6 - Many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He!’ and they will mislead many.
  • Mark 13:7 - When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed; those things must take place; but that is not yet the end.
  • Mark 13:8 - For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be earthquakes in various places; there will also be famines. These things are only the beginning of birth pains.
  • Mark 13:9 - “But be on your guard; for they will hand you over to the courts, and you will be flogged in the synagogues, and you will stand before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them.
  • Mark 13:10 - And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations.
  • Mark 13:11 - And when they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand about what you are to say, but say whatever is given you at that time; for you are not the ones speaking, but it is the Holy Spirit.
  • Mark 13:12 - And brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and have them put to death.
  • Mark 13:13 - And you will be hated by everyone because of My name, but it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved.
  • Mark 13:14 - “Now when you see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not be— let the reader understand—then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.
  • Mark 13:15 - Whoever is on the housetop must not go down, nor go in to get anything out of his house.
  • Mark 13:16 - And whoever is in the field must not turn back to get his cloak.
  • Mark 13:17 - But woe to those women who are pregnant, and to those who are nursing babies in those days!
  • Mark 13:18 - Moreover, pray that it will not happen in winter.
  • Mark 13:19 - For those days will be such a time of tribulation as has not occurred since the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will again.
  • Mark 13:20 - And if the Lord had not shortened those days, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect, whom He chose, He shortened the days.
  • Mark 13:21 - And then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ’; or, ‘Look, there He is’; do not believe it;
  • Mark 13:22 - for false christs and false prophets will arise, and will provide signs and wonders, in order to mislead, if possible, the elect.
  • Mark 13:23 - But beware; I have told you everything in advance.
  • Mark 13:24 - “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light,
  • Mark 13:25 - and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
  • Mark 13:26 - And then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.
  • Mark 13:27 - And then He will send forth the angels, and will gather together His elect from the four winds, from the end of the earth to the end of heaven.
  • Mark 13:28 - “Now learn the parable from the fig tree: as soon as its branch has become tender and sprouts its leaves, you know that summer is near.
  • Mark 13:29 - So you too, when you see these things happening, recognize that He is near, right at the door.
  • Mark 13:30 - Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.
  • Mark 13:31 - Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.
  • Mark 13:32 - But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.
  • Mark 13:33 - “Watch out, stay alert; for you do not know when the appointed time is.
  • Mark 13:34 - It is like a man away on a journey, who upon leaving his house and putting his slaves in charge, assigning to each one his task, also commanded the doorkeeper to stay alert.
  • Mark 13:35 - Therefore, stay alert—for you do not know when the master of the house is coming, whether in the evening, at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning—
  • Mark 13:36 - so that he does not come suddenly and find you asleep.
  • Mark 13:37 - What I say to you I say to all: ‘Stay alert!’ ”
  • Matthew 24:1 - Jesus left the temple area and was going on His way when His disciples came up to point out the temple buildings to Him.
  • Matthew 24:2 - But He responded and said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
  • Matthew 24:3 - And as He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
  • Matthew 24:4 - And Jesus answered and said to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.

  • Matthew 24:12 - And because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will become cold.
  • Matthew 24:13 - But the one who endures to the end is the one who will be saved.
  • Matthew 24:14 - This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
  • Matthew 24:15 - “Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place— let the reader understand—
  • Matthew 24:16 - then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.

  • Matthew 24:25 - Behold, I have told you in advance.
  • Matthew 24:26 - So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them.
  • Matthew 24:27 - For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
  • Matthew 24:28 - Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.
  • Matthew 24:29 - “But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
  • Matthew 24:30 - And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.
  • Matthew 24:31 - And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet blast, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
  • Matthew 24:32 - “Now learn the parable from the fig tree: as soon as its branch has become tender and sprouts its leaves, you know that summer is near;
  • Matthew 24:33 - so you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door.

  • Matthew 24:39 - and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
  • Matthew 24:40 - At that time there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left.
  • Matthew 24:41 - Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.
  • Matthew 24:42 - “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
  • Matthew 24:43 - But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.
  • Matthew 24:44 - For this reason you must be ready as well; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.
  • Matthew 24:45 - “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household slaves, to give them their food at the proper time?
  • Matthew 24:46 - Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes.
  • Matthew 24:47 - Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.
  • Matthew 24:48 - But if that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is not coming for a long time,’
  • Matthew 24:49 - and he begins to beat his fellow slaves, and he eats and drinks with those habitually drunk;
  • Matthew 24:50 - then the master of that slave will come on a day that he does not expect, and at an hour that he does not know,
  • Matthew 24:51 - and he will cut him in two and assign him a place with the hypocrites; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
  • John 2:20 - The Jews then said, “It took forty-six years to build this temple, and yet You will raise it up in three days?”
