Ephesians 2:13 - At one time you were far away from God. But now you belong to Christ Jesus. He spilled his blood for you. This has brought you near to God.
Hebrews 9:15 - That’s why Christ is the go-between of a new covenant. Now those God calls to himself will receive the eternal gift he promised. They will receive it now that Christ has died to save them. He died to set them free from the sins they committed under the first covenant.

He will take some of the bull’s blood and some of the goat’s blood. Then he will put the blood on all the horns that stick out from the upper four corners of the altar.
