  • Numbers 10:9 - “When you arrive in your own land and go to war against your enemies who attack you, sound the alarm with the trumpets. Then the Lord your God will remember you and rescue you from your enemies.
  • Numbers 10:10 - Blow the trumpets in times of gladness, too, sounding them at your annual festivals and at the beginning of each month. And blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and peace offerings. The trumpets will remind your God of his covenant with you. I am the Lord your God.”
  • Judges 7:7 - The Lord told Gideon, “With these 300 men I will rescue you and give you victory over the Midianites. Send all the others home.”
  • Judges 7:8 - So Gideon collected the provisions and rams’ horns of the other warriors and sent them home. But he kept the 300 men with him. The Midianite camp was in the valley just below Gideon.
  • Judges 7:15 - When Gideon heard the dream and its interpretation, he bowed in worship before the Lord. Then he returned to the Israelite camp and shouted, “Get up! For the Lord has given you victory over the Midianite hordes!”
  • Judges 7:16 - He divided the 300 men into three groups and gave each man a ram’s horn and a clay jar with a torch in it.
  • Judges 7:17 - Then he said to them, “Keep your eyes on me. When I come to the edge of the camp, do just as I do.
  • Judges 7:18 - As soon as I and those with me blow the rams’ horns, blow your horns, too, all around the entire camp, and shout, ‘For the Lord and for Gideon!’”
  • Judges 7:19 - It was just after midnight, after the changing of the guard, when Gideon and the 100 men with him reached the edge of the Midianite camp. Suddenly, they blew the rams’ horns and broke their clay jars.
  • Judges 7:20 - Then all three groups blew their horns and broke their jars. They held the blazing torches in their left hands and the horns in their right hands, and they all shouted, “A sword for the Lord and for Gideon!”
  • Judges 7:21 - Each man stood at his position around the camp and watched as all the Midianites rushed around in a panic, shouting as they ran to escape.
  • Judges 7:22 - When the 300 Israelites blew their rams’ horns, the Lord caused the warriors in the camp to fight against each other with their swords. Those who were not killed fled to places as far away as Beth-shittah near Zererah and to the border of Abel-meholah near Tabbath.
  • Genesis 7:2 - Take with you seven pairs—male and female—of each animal I have approved for eating and for sacrifice, and take one pair of each of the others.

  • Leviticus 25:9 - Then on the Day of Atonement in the fiftieth year, blow the ram’s horn loud and long throughout the land.
  • 2 Chronicles 13:12 - So you see, God is with us. He is our leader. His priests blow their trumpets and lead us into battle against you. O people of Israel, do not fight against the Lord, the God of your ancestors, for you will not succeed!”

  • Revelation 1:4 - This letter is from John to the seven churches in the province of Asia. Grace and peace to you from the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come; from the sevenfold Spirit before his throne;

  • Revelation 15:1 - Then I saw in heaven another marvelous event of great significance. Seven angels were holding the seven last plagues, which would bring God’s wrath to completion.
  • Revelation 1:20 - This is the meaning of the mystery of the seven stars you saw in my right hand and the seven gold lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.
  • Revelation 16:1 - Then I heard a mighty voice from the Temple say to the seven angels, “Go your ways and pour out on the earth the seven bowls containing God’s wrath.”
