Jeremias 39:5 - Mas o exército babilônio os perseguiu e alcançou Zedequias na planície de Jericó. Eles o capturaram e o levaram a Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, em Ribla, na terra de Hamate, que o sentenciou.
Jeremias 39:6 - Em Ribla, o rei da Babilônia mandou executar os filhos de Zedequias diante dos seus olhos e também matou todos os nobres de Judá.
Jeremias 39:7 - Mandou furar os olhos de Zedequias e prendê-lo com correntes de bronze para levá-lo para a Babilônia.
Jeremias 34:21 - “Eu entregarei Zedequias, rei de Judá, e os seus líderes nas mãos dos inimigos que desejam tirar-lhes a vida, e do exército do rei da Babilônia, que retirou o cerco de vocês.
2 Reis 25:4 - Então o muro da cidade foi rompido, e todos os soldados fugiram de noite pela porta entre os dois muros próximos ao jardim do rei, embora os babilônios estivessem em torno da cidade. Fugiram na direção da Arabá ,
2 Reis 25:5 - mas o exército babilônio perseguiu o rei e o alcançou nas planícies de Jericó. Todos os seus soldados o abandonaram,
2 Reis 25:6 - e ele foi capturado. Foi levado ao rei da Babilônia, em Ribla, onde pronunciaram a sentença contra ele.
2 Reis 25:7 - Executaram os filhos de Zedequias na sua frente, furaram os seus olhos, prenderam-no com algemas de bronze e o levaram para a Babilônia.
Jeremias 21:7 - Depois disso’, declara o Senhor, ‘entregarei Zedequias, rei de Judá, seus conselheiros e o povo desta cidade que sobreviver à peste, à espada e à fome nas mãos de Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, nas mãos dos inimigos deles e daqueles que querem tirar-lhes a vida. Ele os matará à espada sem piedade nem misericórdia; não terá deles nenhuma compaixão’.
Jeremias 32:4 - Zedequias, rei de Judá, não escapará das mãos dos babilônios, mas certamente será entregue nas mãos do rei da Babilônia, falará com ele face a face e o verá com os seus próprios olhos;
