  • Jeremiah 52:4 - Now it came about in the ninth year of his reign, on the tenth day of the tenth month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, camped against it, and built a bulwark all around it.
  • Jeremiah 52:5 - So the city was under siege until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.

  • 2 Chronicles 20:15 - and he said, “Listen, all you of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat: This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:16 - Tomorrow, go down against them. Behold, they will come up by the ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the valley in front of the wilderness of Jeruel.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:17 - You need not fight in this battle; take your position, stand and watch the salvation of the Lord in your behalf, Judah and Jerusalem.’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow, go out to face them, for the Lord is with you.”
  • 2 Chronicles 20:18 - Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell down before the Lord, worshiping the Lord.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:19 - The Levites, from the sons of the Kohathites and from the sons of the Korahites, stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel, with a very loud voice.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:20 - They rose early in the morning and went out to the wilderness of Tekoa; and when they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Listen to me, Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: Put your trust in the Lord your God and you will endure. Put your trust in His prophets, and succeed.”
  • 2 Chronicles 20:21 - When he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who sang to the Lord and those who praised Him in holy attire, as they went out before the army and said, “Give thanks to the Lord, for His faithfulness is everlasting.”
  • 2 Chronicles 20:22 - When they began singing and praising, the Lord set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were struck down.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:23 - For the sons of Ammon and Moab rose up against the inhabitants of Mount Seir, completely destroying them; and when they had finished with the inhabitants of Seir, they helped to destroy one another.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:24 - When Judah came to the watchtower of the wilderness, they turned toward the multitude, and behold, they were corpses lying on the ground, and there was no survivor.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:25 - When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoils, they found much among them, including goods, garments, and valuable things which they took for themselves, more than they could carry. And they were taking the spoils for three days because there was so much.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:26 - Then on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Beracah, for they blessed the Lord there. Therefore they have named that place “The Valley of Beracah” until today.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:27 - Every man of Judah and Jerusalem returned, with Jehoshaphat at their head, returning to Jerusalem with joy, for the Lord had helped them to rejoice over their enemies.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:28 - They came to Jerusalem with harps, lyres, and trumpets, to the house of the Lord.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:29 - And the dread of God was on all the kingdoms of the lands when they heard that the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel.
  • 2 Chronicles 20:30 - So the kingdom of Jehoshaphat was at peace, for his God gave him rest on all sides.

  • Jeremiah 39:1 - Now when Jerusalem was captured in the ninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army came to Jerusalem and laid siege to it;
  • Jeremiah 39:2 - in the eleventh year of Zedekiah, in the fourth month, in the ninth day of the month, the city wall was breached.
  • 1 Kings 22:3 - Now the king of Israel said to his servants, “Are you aware that Ramoth-gilead belongs to us, yet we are hesitant to take it out of the hand of the king of Aram?”
  • 1 Kings 22:4 - So he said to Jehoshaphat, “Will you go to battle with me at Ramoth-gilead?” And Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “ Consider me yours, my people yours, and my horses yours!”
  • 1 Kings 22:5 - However, Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “Please request the word of the Lord first.”
  • 1 Kings 22:6 - So the king of Israel assembled the prophets, about four hundred men, and said to them, “Should I go to battle against Ramoth-gilead or should I refrain?” And they said, “Go up, for the Lord will hand it over to the king.”
  • 1 Kings 22:7 - But Jehoshaphat said, “Is there no longer a prophet of the Lord here, that we may inquire of him?”
  • 1 Kings 22:8 - And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “There is still one man by whom we may inquire of the Lord, but I hate him, because he does not prophesy anything good regarding me, but only bad. He is Micaiah the son of Imlah.” But Jehoshaphat said, “May the king not say so.”
  • Jeremiah 32:24 - Behold, the assault ramps have reached the city to take it; and the city has been handed over to the Chaldeans who fight against it, because of the sword, the famine, and the plague; and what You have spoken has come to pass; and behold, You see it.

  • Psalms 105:16 - And He called for a famine upon the land; He broke the whole staff of bread.
  • Psalms 105:17 - He sent a man before them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave.
  • Psalms 105:18 - They forced his feet into shackles, He was put in irons;
  • Psalms 105:19 - Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the Lord refined him.
  • Psalms 105:20 - The king sent and released him, The ruler of peoples, and set him free.
  • Psalms 105:21 - He made him lord of his house, And ruler over all his possessions,
  • Psalms 105:22 - To imprison his high officials at will, That he might teach his elders wisdom.

  • Psalms 105:24 - And He made His people very fruitful, And made them stronger than their enemies.
  • Psalms 105:25 - He turned their heart to hate His people, To deal cunningly with His servants.

  • Psalms 105:27 - They performed His wondrous acts among them, And miracles in the land of Ham.

  • Psalms 105:36 - He also fatally struck all the firstborn in their land, The first fruits of all their vigor.
  • Psalms 105:37 - Then He brought the Israelites out with silver and gold, And among His tribes there was not one who stumbled.
  • Psalms 105:38 - Egypt was glad when they departed, For the dread of them had fallen upon the Egyptians.
  • Psalms 105:39 - He spread out a cloud as a covering, And fire to illumine by night.
  • Psalms 105:40 - They asked, and He brought quail, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
  • Psalms 105:41 - He opened the rock and water flowed out; It ran in the dry places like a river.
  • Psalms 105:42 - For He remembered His holy word With His servant Abraham;
  • Psalms 105:43 - And He led out His people with joy, His chosen ones with a joyful shout.
  • Psalms 105:44 - He also gave them the lands of the nations, So that they might take possession of the fruit of the peoples’ labor,
  • Psalms 105:45 - And that they might keep His statutes And comply with His laws; Praise the Lord!
  • 2 Kings 25:1 - Now in the ninth year of his reign, on the tenth day of the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, camped against it, and built a siege wall all around it.
  • 2 Kings 25:2 - So the city was under siege until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.

  • Ezekiel 20:1 - Now in the seventh year, in the fifth month, on the tenth of the month, men from the elders of Israel came to inquire of the Lord, and they sat before me.
  • Ezekiel 20:2 - Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
