1 Peter 1:22 - You have made yourselves pure by obeying the truth. So you have an honest and true love for each other. So love one another deeply, from your hearts.
James 1:8 - This kind of person can’t make up their mind. They can never decide what to do.
Psalm 24:4 - Anyone who has clean hands and a pure heart. Anyone who does not trust in the statue of a god. Anyone who doesn’t use the name of that god when he makes a promise.
Psalm 18:20 - The Lord has been good to me because I do what is right. He has rewarded me because I lead a pure life.
1 Timothy 2:8 - So I want the men in every place to pray. I want them to lift up holy hands. I don’t want them to be angry when they pray. I don’t want them to argue.
Job 17:9 - But godly people will keep doing what is right. Those who have clean hands will grow stronger.

1 Peter 3:21 - The water of the flood is a picture. It is a picture of the baptism that now saves you too. This baptism has nothing to do with removing dirt from your body. Instead, it promises God that you will keep a clear sense of right and wrong. This baptism saves you by the same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead.
1 Chronicles 28:9 - “My son Solomon, always remember the God of your father. Serve him with all your heart. Do it with a mind that wants to obey him. The Lord looks deep down inside every heart. He understands every desire and every thought. If you look to him, you will find him. But if you desert him, he will turn his back on you forever.
Matthew 23:25 - “How terrible for you, teachers of the law and Pharisees! You pretenders! You clean the outside of a cup and dish. But on the inside you are full of greed. You only want to satisfy yourselves.
Matthew 23:26 - Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish. Then the outside will also be clean.
Ezekiel 18:31 - Get rid of all the evil things you have done. Let me give you a new heart and a new spirit. Then you will be faithful to me. Why should you die, people of Israel?
2 Corinthians 7:1 - Dear friends, we have these promises from God. So let us make ourselves pure from everything that makes our bodies and spirits impure. Let us be completely holy. We want to honor God.
Hebrews 7:19 - The law didn’t make anything perfect. Now a better hope has been given to us. That hope brings us near to God.
Isaiah 1:15 - You might spread out your hands toward me when you pray. But I do not look at you. You might even offer many prayers. But I am not listening to them. Your hands are covered with the blood of the people you have murdered.
Isaiah 1:16 - So wash and make yourselves clean. Get your evil actions out of my sight! Stop doing what is wrong!
Jeremiah 4:14 - People of Jerusalem, wash your sins from your hearts and be saved. How long will you hold on to your evil thoughts?

Hosea 6:1 - The people say, “Come. Let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces. But he will heal us. He has wounded us. But he’ll bandage our wounds.
Hosea 6:2 - After two days he will give us new life. On the third day he’ll make us like new again. Then we will enjoy his blessing.
Isaiah 55:6 - Turn to the Lord before it’s too late. Call out to him while he’s still ready to help you.
Isaiah 55:7 - Let those who are evil stop doing evil things. And let them quit thinking evil thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord. The Lord will show them his tender love. Let them turn to our God. He is always ready to forgive.
2 Chronicles 15:2 - Azariah went out to meet Asa. He said to him, “Asa and all you people of Judah and Benjamin, listen to me. The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you really look for him, you will find him. But if you desert him, he will desert you.
Hebrews 10:22 - So let us come near to God with a sincere heart. Let us come near boldly because of our faith. Our hearts have been sprinkled. Our minds have been cleansed from a sense of guilt. Our bodies have been washed with pure water.
Zechariah 1:3 - And now he says to us, “Return to me. Then I will return to you,” announces the Lord.
Malachi 3:7 - You have turned away from my rules. You have not obeyed them. You have lived that way ever since the days of your people of long ago. Return to me. Then I will return to you,” says the Lord who rules over all. “But you ask, ‘How can we return?’
Psalm 145:18 - The Lord is ready to help all those who call out to him. He helps those who really mean it when they call out to him.
