  • Psalm 27:1 - The Lord is my light, and he saves me. Why should I fear anyone? The Lord is my place of safety. Why should I be afraid?
  • Psalm 27:2 - My enemies are evil. They will trip and fall when they attack me and try to swallow me up.
  • Psalm 27:3 - Even if an army attacks me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if war breaks out against me, I will still trust in God.
  • Isaiah 41:10 - So do not be afraid. I am with you. Do not be terrified. I am your God. I will make you strong and help you. I will hold you safe in my hands. I always do what is right.
  • Psalm 118:6 - The Lord is with me. I will not be afraid. What can mere human beings do to me?
  • Psalm 118:7 - The Lord is with me. He helps me. I win the battle over my enemies.
  • Psalm 118:8 - It is better to go to the Lord for safety than to trust in mere human beings.
  • Psalm 118:9 - It is better to go to the Lord for safety than to trust in human leaders.
