In ihren Räumen sollen die Priester, die dem Herrn in seinem Tempel dienen, von denjenigen Opfergaben essen, die als besonders heilig gelten. Auch der Anteil für die Priester war hier gelagert worden.
3. Mose 10:13 - An diesem heiligen Ort dürft ihr es essen, denn es ist euer Anteil. Euch und euren Nachkommen steht er zu; so hat der Herr es mir gesagt.

3. Mose 6:14 - Die Opfergabe soll auf einem Backblech zubereitet werden, dazu wird Olivenöl in das Mehl gerührt. Die Fladenbrote sollen in Stücke gebrochen und dann als Speiseopfer dargebracht werden. So gefällt es mir, dem Herrn.
3. Mose 6:15 - Der Priester, der sein Amt antritt, muss das Opfer selbst darbringen, er soll es ganz verbrennen. Diese Ordnung gilt für alle Zeiten.

3. Mose 6:17 - Der Herr sprach zu Mose:
Hesekiel 42:10 - An der Südseite des Gebäudes hinter dem Tempel lag ebenfalls ein Bau, der an die Mauer des äußeren Tempelvorhofs grenzte. Er war genauso lang wie das Gebäude und der unbebaute Streifen davor.

Vorher hatte man dort das Mehl für die Speiseopfer aufbewahrt, ebenso Weihrauch, die Gegenstände für den Tempeldienst und den zehnten Teil vom Getreide, vom neuen Wein und Olivenöl, der für die Leviten, Sänger und Torwächter bestimmt war. Auch der Anteil für die Priester war hier gelagert worden.
3. Mose 10:13 - An diesem heiligen Ort dürft ihr es essen, denn es ist euer Anteil. Euch und euren Nachkommen steht er zu; so hat der Herr es mir gesagt.
3. Mose 10:14 - Von den Opfern, bei denen das Bruststück und die rechte Hinterkeule des Tieres dem Herrn besonders geweiht werden, stehen euch Priestern diese beiden Stücke zu. Ihr dürft sie zusammen mit euren Familien essen, solange ihr dies an einem reinen Ort tut. Es ist euer Anteil an den Friedensopfern der Israeliten.
3. Mose 10:3 - Mose sagte zu Aaron: »Das hat der Herr gemeint, als er sagte: ›Denen, die mir nahe sind, erweise ich mich als heilig, dem ganzen Volk zeige ich meine Hoheit und Macht.‹« Aaron schwieg.
3. Mose 24:9 - Nur Aaron und seine Söhne dürfen von den Broten im Bereich des Heiligtums essen. Sie stehen ihnen für alle Zeiten als Anteil an den besonders heiligen Gaben zu.«
5. Mose 21:5 - Dann kommen die Priester vom Stamm Levi dazu, die der Herr, euer Gott, erwählt hat, ihm zu dienen und in seinem Namen zu segnen. Ihr Wort entscheidet bei jedem Rechtsstreit und jedem Verbrechen.
2. Mose 29:31 - Das Fleisch des Schafbocks, der zur Einsetzung geschlachtet wurde, musst du beim Heiligtum kochen.

Hesekiel 40:46 - und der Raum neben dem Südtor für die Priester, die am Altar die Opfer darbringen. Sie alle sind Nachkommen von Zadok, als Einzige aus dem Stamm Levi dürfen sie dem Herrn in seinem Tempel dienen.«
3. Mose 7:6 - Alle männlichen Angehörigen der Priester dürfen von dem Fleisch essen. Sie sollen es im Bereich des Heiligtums verzehren, denn es gehört zum Opfer und ist darum besonders heilig.
3. Mose 10:17 - »Warum habt ihr das Sündopferfleisch nicht im Vorhof des Heiligtums gegessen? Es ist doch euer Anteil, der besonders heilig ist. Der Herr hat es euch gegeben, weil ihr durch euren Dienst das Volk von seiner Schuld befreit und Versöhnung mit Gott bewirkt.
