Jeremiah 23:8 - but, ‘As Yahweh lives, who brought up and who led the offspring of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all the countries where I had driven them.’ Then they will dwell in their own land.”
Isaiah 13:1 - The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.
Isaiah 13:2 - Set up a banner on the bare mountain! Lift up your voice to them! Wave your hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.
Isaiah 13:3 - I have commanded my consecrated ones; yes, I have called my mighty men for my anger, even my proudly exulting ones.
Isaiah 13:4 - The noise of a multitude is in the mountains, as of a great people; the noise of an uproar of the kingdoms of the nations gathered together! Yahweh of Armies is mustering the army for the battle.
Isaiah 13:5 - They come from a far country, from the uttermost part of heaven, even Yahweh, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.
Isaiah 13:6 - Wail, for Yahweh’s day is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty.
Isaiah 13:7 - Therefore all hands will be feeble, and everyone’s heart will melt.
Isaiah 13:8 - They will be dismayed. Pangs and sorrows will seize them. They will be in pain like a woman in labor. They will look in amazement one at another. Their faces will be faces of flame.
Isaiah 13:9 - Behold, the day of Yahweh comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger; to make the land a desolation, and to destroy its sinners out of it.
Isaiah 13:10 - For the stars of the sky and its constellations will not give their light. The sun will be darkened in its going out, and the moon will not cause its light to shine.
Isaiah 13:11 - I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity. I will cause the arrogance of the proud to cease, and will humble the arrogance of the terrible.
Isaiah 13:12 - I will make people more rare than fine gold, even a person than the pure gold of Ophir.
Isaiah 13:13 - Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place in Yahweh of Armies’ wrath, and in the day of his fierce anger.
Isaiah 13:14 - It will happen that like a hunted gazelle, and like sheep that no one gathers, they will each turn to their own people, and will each flee to their own land.
Isaiah 13:15 - Everyone who is found will be thrust through. Everyone who is captured will fall by the sword.
Isaiah 13:16 - Their infants also will be dashed in pieces before their eyes. Their houses will be ransacked, and their wives raped.
Isaiah 13:17 - Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, who will not value silver, and as for gold, they will not delight in it.
Isaiah 13:18 - Their bows will dash the young men in pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb. Their eyes will not spare children.
Isaiah 13:19 - Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldeans’ pride, will be like when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
Isaiah 13:20 - It will never be inhabited, neither will it be lived in from generation to generation. The Arabian will not pitch a tent there, neither will shepherds make their flocks lie down there.
Isaiah 13:21 - But wild animals of the desert will lie there, and their houses will be full of jackals. Ostriches will dwell there, and wild goats will frolic there.
Ezekiel 34:25 - “‘I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause evil animals to cease out of the land. They will dwell securely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
Ezekiel 34:26 - I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing. I will cause the shower to come down in its season. There will be showers of blessing.
Ezekiel 34:27 - The tree of the field will yield its fruit, and the earth will yield its increase, and they will be secure in their land. Then they will know that I am Yahweh, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those who made slaves of them.
Ezekiel 34:28 - They will no more be a prey to the nations, neither will the animals of the earth devour them; but they will dwell securely, and no one will make them afraid.
Amos 9:13 - “Behold, the days come,” says Yahweh, “that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the one treading grapes him who sows seed; and sweet wine will drip from the mountains, and flow from the hills.
Amos 9:14 - I will bring my people Israel back from captivity, and they will rebuild the ruined cities, and inhabit them; and they will plant vineyards, and drink wine from them. They shall also make gardens, and eat their fruit.
Jeremiah 32:15 - For Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel says: ‘Houses and fields and vineyards will yet again be bought in this land.’
Ezekiel 38:8 - After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land that is brought back from the sword, that is gathered out of many peoples, on the mountains of Israel, which have been a continual waste; but it is brought out of the peoples, and they will dwell securely, all of them.
Ezekiel 28:22 - and say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I am against you, Sidon. I will be glorified among you. Then they will know that I am Yahweh, when I have executed judgments in her, and am sanctified in her.
Ezekiel 28:24 - “‘“There will be no more a pricking brier to the house of Israel, nor a hurting thorn of any that are around them that scorned them. Then they will know that I am the Lord Yahweh.”
