Exodus 28:2 - And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty.
Exodus 28:3 - You shall speak to all the skillful, whom I have filled with a spirit of skill, that they make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him for my priesthood.
Exodus 28:4 - These are the garments that they shall make: a breastpiece, an ephod, a robe, a coat of checker work, a turban, and a sash. They shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother and his sons to serve me as priests.
Exodus 28:5 - They shall receive gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 28:6 - “And they shall make the ephod of gold, of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and of fine twined linen, skillfully worked.
Exodus 28:7 - It shall have two shoulder pieces attached to its two edges, so that it may be joined together.
Exodus 28:8 - And the skillfully woven band on it shall be made like it and be of one piece with it, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 28:9 - You shall take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel,
Exodus 28:10 - six of their names on the one stone, and the names of the remaining six on the other stone, in the order of their birth.
Exodus 28:11 - As a jeweler engraves signets, so shall you engrave the two stones with the names of the sons of Israel. You shall enclose them in settings of gold filigree.
Exodus 28:12 - And you shall set the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel. And Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders for remembrance.

Exodus 28:14 - and two chains of pure gold, twisted like cords; and you shall attach the corded chains to the settings.
Exodus 28:15 - “You shall make a breastpiece of judgment, in skilled work. In the style of the ephod you shall make it—of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen shall you make it.
Exodus 28:16 - It shall be square and doubled, a span its length and a span its breadth.
Exodus 28:17 - You shall set in it four rows of stones. A row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle shall be the first row;
Exodus 28:18 - and the second row an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;
Exodus 28:19 - and the third row a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;
Exodus 28:20 - and the fourth row a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They shall be set in gold filigree.
Exodus 28:21 - There shall be twelve stones with their names according to the names of the sons of Israel. They shall be like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes.

Exodus 28:23 - And you shall make for the breastpiece two rings of gold, and put the two rings on the two edges of the breastpiece.

Exodus 28:25 - The two ends of the two cords you shall attach to the two settings of filigree, and so attach it in front to the shoulder pieces of the ephod.
Exodus 28:26 - You shall make two rings of gold, and put them at the two ends of the breastpiece, on its inside edge next to the ephod.
Exodus 28:27 - And you shall make two rings of gold, and attach them in front to the lower part of the two shoulder pieces of the ephod, at its seam above the skillfully woven band of the ephod.
Exodus 28:28 - And they shall bind the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it may lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, so that the breastpiece shall not come loose from the ephod.
Exodus 28:29 - So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel in the breastpiece of judgment on his heart, when he goes into the Holy Place, to bring them to regular remembrance before the Lord.
Exodus 28:30 - And in the breastpiece of judgment you shall put the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be on Aaron’s heart, when he goes in before the Lord. Thus Aaron shall bear the judgment of the people of Israel on his heart before the Lord regularly.
Exodus 28:31 - “You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue.
Exodus 28:32 - It shall have an opening for the head in the middle of it, with a woven binding around the opening, like the opening in a garment, so that it may not tear.
Exodus 28:33 - On its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, around its hem, with bells of gold between them,
Exodus 28:34 - a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, around the hem of the robe.
Exodus 28:35 - And it shall be on Aaron when he ministers, and its sound shall be heard when he goes into the Holy Place before the Lord, and when he comes out, so that he does not die.

Exodus 28:37 - And you shall fasten it on the turban by a cord of blue. It shall be on the front of the turban.
Exodus 28:38 - It shall be on Aaron’s forehead, and Aaron shall bear any guilt from the holy things that the people of Israel consecrate as their holy gifts. It shall regularly be on his forehead, that they may be accepted before the Lord.
Exodus 28:39 - “You shall weave the coat in checker work of fine linen, and you shall make a turban of fine linen, and you shall make a sash embroidered with needlework.
Exodus 28:40 - “For Aaron’s sons you shall make coats and sashes and caps. You shall make them for glory and beauty.
Exodus 28:41 - And you shall put them on Aaron your brother, and on his sons with him, and shall anoint them and ordain them and consecrate them, that they may serve me as priests.
Exodus 28:42 - You shall make for them linen undergarments to cover their naked flesh. They shall reach from the hips to the thighs;
Exodus 28:43 - and they shall be on Aaron and on his sons when they go into the tent of meeting or when they come near the altar to minister in the Holy Place, lest they bear guilt and die. This shall be a statute forever for him and for his offspring after him.
Exodus 39:1 - From the blue and purple and scarlet yarns they made finely woven garments, for ministering in the Holy Place. They made the holy garments for Aaron, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:2 - He made the ephod of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 39:3 - And they hammered out gold leaf, and he cut it into threads to work into the blue and purple and the scarlet yarns, and into the fine twined linen, in skilled design.
Exodus 39:4 - They made for the ephod attaching shoulder pieces, joined to it at its two edges.
Exodus 39:5 - And the skillfully woven band on it was of one piece with it and made like it, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Exodus 28:1 - “Then bring near to you Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from among the people of Israel, to serve me as priests—Aaron and Aaron’s sons, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
Exodus 28:2 - And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty.
Exodus 28:3 - You shall speak to all the skillful, whom I have filled with a spirit of skill, that they make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him for my priesthood.
Exodus 28:4 - These are the garments that they shall make: a breastpiece, an ephod, a robe, a coat of checker work, a turban, and a sash. They shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother and his sons to serve me as priests.
Exodus 28:5 - They shall receive gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 28:6 - “And they shall make the ephod of gold, of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and of fine twined linen, skillfully worked.
Exodus 28:7 - It shall have two shoulder pieces attached to its two edges, so that it may be joined together.
Exodus 28:8 - And the skillfully woven band on it shall be made like it and be of one piece with it, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 28:9 - You shall take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel,
Exodus 28:10 - six of their names on the one stone, and the names of the remaining six on the other stone, in the order of their birth.
Exodus 28:11 - As a jeweler engraves signets, so shall you engrave the two stones with the names of the sons of Israel. You shall enclose them in settings of gold filigree.
Exodus 28:12 - And you shall set the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel. And Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders for remembrance.
Exodus 28:13 - You shall make settings of gold filigree,
Exodus 28:14 - and two chains of pure gold, twisted like cords; and you shall attach the corded chains to the settings.
Exodus 28:15 - “You shall make a breastpiece of judgment, in skilled work. In the style of the ephod you shall make it—of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen shall you make it.
Exodus 28:16 - It shall be square and doubled, a span its length and a span its breadth.
Exodus 28:17 - You shall set in it four rows of stones. A row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle shall be the first row;
Exodus 28:18 - and the second row an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;
Exodus 28:19 - and the third row a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;
Exodus 28:20 - and the fourth row a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They shall be set in gold filigree.
Exodus 28:21 - There shall be twelve stones with their names according to the names of the sons of Israel. They shall be like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes.
Exodus 28:22 - You shall make for the breastpiece twisted chains like cords, of pure gold.
Exodus 28:23 - And you shall make for the breastpiece two rings of gold, and put the two rings on the two edges of the breastpiece.
Exodus 28:24 - And you shall put the two cords of gold in the two rings at the edges of the breastpiece.
Exodus 28:25 - The two ends of the two cords you shall attach to the two settings of filigree, and so attach it in front to the shoulder pieces of the ephod.
Exodus 28:26 - You shall make two rings of gold, and put them at the two ends of the breastpiece, on its inside edge next to the ephod.
Exodus 28:27 - And you shall make two rings of gold, and attach them in front to the lower part of the two shoulder pieces of the ephod, at its seam above the skillfully woven band of the ephod.
Exodus 28:28 - And they shall bind the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it may lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, so that the breastpiece shall not come loose from the ephod.
Exodus 28:29 - So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel in the breastpiece of judgment on his heart, when he goes into the Holy Place, to bring them to regular remembrance before the Lord.
Exodus 28:30 - And in the breastpiece of judgment you shall put the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be on Aaron’s heart, when he goes in before the Lord. Thus Aaron shall bear the judgment of the people of Israel on his heart before the Lord regularly.
Exodus 28:31 - “You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue.
Exodus 28:32 - It shall have an opening for the head in the middle of it, with a woven binding around the opening, like the opening in a garment, so that it may not tear.
Exodus 28:33 - On its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, around its hem, with bells of gold between them,
Exodus 28:34 - a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, around the hem of the robe.
Exodus 28:35 - And it shall be on Aaron when he ministers, and its sound shall be heard when he goes into the Holy Place before the Lord, and when he comes out, so that he does not die.
Exodus 28:36 - “You shall make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, like the engraving of a signet, ‘Holy to the Lord.’
Exodus 28:37 - And you shall fasten it on the turban by a cord of blue. It shall be on the front of the turban.
Exodus 28:38 - It shall be on Aaron’s forehead, and Aaron shall bear any guilt from the holy things that the people of Israel consecrate as their holy gifts. It shall regularly be on his forehead, that they may be accepted before the Lord.
Exodus 28:39 - “You shall weave the coat in checker work of fine linen, and you shall make a turban of fine linen, and you shall make a sash embroidered with needlework.
Exodus 28:40 - “For Aaron’s sons you shall make coats and sashes and caps. You shall make them for glory and beauty.
Exodus 28:41 - And you shall put them on Aaron your brother, and on his sons with him, and shall anoint them and ordain them and consecrate them, that they may serve me as priests.
Exodus 28:42 - You shall make for them linen undergarments to cover their naked flesh. They shall reach from the hips to the thighs;
Exodus 28:43 - and they shall be on Aaron and on his sons when they go into the tent of meeting or when they come near the altar to minister in the Holy Place, lest they bear guilt and die. This shall be a statute forever for him and for his offspring after him.
Exodus 39:1 - From the blue and purple and scarlet yarns they made finely woven garments, for ministering in the Holy Place. They made the holy garments for Aaron, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:2 - He made the ephod of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 39:3 - And they hammered out gold leaf, and he cut it into threads to work into the blue and purple and the scarlet yarns, and into the fine twined linen, in skilled design.
Exodus 39:4 - They made for the ephod attaching shoulder pieces, joined to it at its two edges.
Exodus 39:5 - And the skillfully woven band on it was of one piece with it and made like it, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:6 - They made the onyx stones, enclosed in settings of gold filigree, and engraved like the engravings of a signet, according to the names of the sons of Israel.
Exodus 39:7 - And he set them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod to be stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:8 - He made the breastpiece, in skilled work, in the style of the ephod, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.
Exodus 39:9 - It was square. They made the breastpiece doubled, a span its length and a span its breadth when doubled.

Exodus 39:19 - Then they made two rings of gold, and put them at the two ends of the breastpiece, on its inside edge next to the ephod.
Exodus 39:20 - And they made two rings of gold, and attached them in front to the lower part of the two shoulder pieces of the ephod, at its seam above the skillfully woven band of the ephod.
Exodus 39:21 - And they bound the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it should lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, and that the breastpiece should not come loose from the ephod, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:22 - He also made the robe of the ephod woven all of blue,
Exodus 39:23 - and the opening of the robe in it was like the opening in a garment, with a binding around the opening, so that it might not tear.
Exodus 39:24 - On the hem of the robe they made pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen.
Exodus 39:25 - They also made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates all around the hem of the robe, between the pomegranates—
Exodus 39:26 - a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate around the hem of the robe for ministering, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:27 - They also made the coats, woven of fine linen, for Aaron and his sons,
Exodus 39:28 - and the turban of fine linen, and the caps of fine linen, and the linen undergarments of fine twined linen,
Exodus 39:29 - and the sash of fine twined linen and of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, embroidered with needlework, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:30 - They made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote on it an inscription, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to the Lord.”
Exodus 39:31 - And they tied to it a cord of blue to fasten it on the turban above, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:41 - the finely worked garments for ministering in the Holy Place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons for their service as priests.
Numbers 4:5 - When the camp is to set out, Aaron and his sons shall go in and take down the veil of the screen and cover the ark of the testimony with it.
Numbers 4:6 - Then they shall put on it a covering of goatskin and spread on top of that a cloth all of blue, and shall put in its poles.
Numbers 4:7 - And over the table of the bread of the Presence they shall spread a cloth of blue and put on it the plates, the dishes for incense, the bowls, and the flagons for the drink offering; the regular showbread also shall be on it.
Numbers 4:8 - Then they shall spread over them a cloth of scarlet and cover the same with a covering of goatskin, and shall put in its poles.
Numbers 4:9 - And they shall take a cloth of blue and cover the lampstand for the light, with its lamps, its tongs, its trays, and all the vessels for oil with which it is supplied.
Numbers 4:10 - And they shall put it with all its utensils in a covering of goatskin and put it on the carrying frame.
Numbers 4:11 - And over the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue and cover it with a covering of goatskin, and shall put in its poles.
Numbers 4:12 - And they shall take all the vessels of the service that are used in the sanctuary and put them in a cloth of blue and cover them with a covering of goatskin and put them on the carrying frame.
Numbers 4:13 - And they shall take away the ashes from the altar and spread a purple cloth over it.
Numbers 4:14 - And they shall put on it all the utensils of the altar, which are used for the service there, the fire pans, the forks, the shovels, and the basins, all the utensils of the altar; and they shall spread on it a covering of goatskin, and shall put in its poles.
Numbers 4:15 - And when Aaron and his sons have finished covering the sanctuary and all the furnishings of the sanctuary, as the camp sets out, after that the sons of Kohath shall come to carry these, but they must not touch the holy things, lest they die. These are the things of the tent of meeting that the sons of Kohath are to carry.
