  • Hebrews 8:13 - When God speaks of a “new” covenant, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear.
  • Ephesians 4:16 - He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
  • 2 Corinthians 5:17 - This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
  • Hebrews 9:9 - This is an illustration pointing to the present time. For the gifts and sacrifices that the priests offer are not able to cleanse the consciences of the people who bring them.
  • Hebrews 9:10 - For that old system deals only with food and drink and various cleansing ceremonies—physical regulations that were in effect only until a better system could be established.
  • Galatians 6:15 - It doesn’t matter whether we have been circumcised or not. What counts is whether we have been transformed into a new creation.
  • Galatians 3:28 - There is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus.
  • Colossians 2:20 - You have died with Christ, and he has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world. So why do you keep on following the rules of the world, such as,
  • Galatians 3:10 - But those who depend on the law to make them right with God are under his curse, for the Scriptures say, “Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all the commands that are written in God’s Book of the Law.”
  • Colossians 3:10 - Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him.
  • Colossians 2:14 - He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.
