Ezekiel 23:5 - “Oholah prostituted herself while she was Mine; and she lusted after her lovers, after the Assyrians, her neighbors,

2 Kings 17:7 - Now this came about because the sons of Israel had sinned against the Lord their God, who had brought them up from the land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and they had feared other gods.

2 Kings 17:12 - They served idols, concerning which the Lord had said to them, “You shall not do this thing.”
2 Kings 17:13 - Yet the Lord warned Israel and Judah through all His prophets and every seer, saying, “Turn back from your evil ways and keep My commandments and My statutes in accordance with all the Law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you through My servants the prophets.”
2 Kings 17:14 - However, they did not listen, but stiffened their neck like their fathers, who did not believe in the Lord their God.
2 Kings 17:15 - They rejected His statutes and His covenant which He made with their fathers, and His warnings which He gave them. And they followed idols and became empty, and followed the nations that surrounded them, about which the Lord had commanded them not to do as they did.
2 Kings 17:16 - And they abandoned all the commandments of the Lord their God and made for themselves cast metal images: two calves. And they made an Asherah, and worshiped all the heavenly lights, and served Baal.
2 Kings 17:17 - Then they made their sons and their daughters pass through the fire, and they practiced divination and interpreting omens, and gave themselves over to do evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking Him.
2 Kings 17:18 - So the Lord was very angry with Israel, and He removed them from His sight; no one was left except the tribe of Judah.
Hosea 8:4 - They have set up kings, but not by Me; They have appointed officials, but I did not know it. With their silver and gold they have made idols for themselves, So that they will be eliminated.
Hosea 8:5 - He has rejected your calf, Samaria, saying, “My anger burns against them!” How long will they be incapable of innocence?
Hosea 8:6 - For from Israel comes even this! A craftsman made it, so it is not God; Assuredly, the calf of Samaria will be broken to pieces.

Micah 6:16 - The statutes of Omri And every work of the house of Ahab are maintained, And you walk by their plans. Therefore I will give you up for destruction, And your inhabitants for derision, And you will suffer the taunting of My people.”
Hosea 13:2 - And now they sin more and more, And make for themselves cast metal images, Idols skillfully made from their silver, All of them the work of craftsmen. They say of them, “Let the people who sacrifice kiss the calves!”
Hosea 13:3 - Therefore they will be like the morning cloud And like dew which soon disappears, Like chaff which is blown away from the threshing floor, And like smoke from a chimney.
Isaiah 5:22 - Woe to those who are heroes in drinking wine, And valiant men in mixing intoxicating drink,
