  • Revelation 21:4 - ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
  • Acts 17:26 - From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.
  • Isaiah 51:11 - Those the Lord has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
  • Jeremiah 31:22 - How long will you wander, unfaithful Daughter Israel? The Lord will create a new thing on earth— the woman will return to the man.”
  • Jeremiah 31:23 - This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “When I bring them back from captivity, the people in the land of Judah and in its towns will once again use these words: ‘The Lord bless you, you prosperous city, you sacred mountain.’
  • Jeremiah 31:24 - People will live together in Judah and all its towns—farmers and those who move about with their flocks.
  • Jeremiah 31:25 - I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.”
  • Jeremiah 31:26 - At this I awoke and looked around. My sleep had been pleasant to me.
  • Acts 11:18 - When they heard this, they had no further objections and praised God, saying, “So then, even to Gentiles God has granted repentance that leads to life.”
  • Acts 15:3 - The church sent them on their way, and as they traveled through Phoenicia and Samaria, they told how the Gentiles had been converted. This news made all the believers very glad.
  • Isaiah 66:10 - “Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice greatly with her, all you who mourn over her.
  • Isaiah 66:11 - For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance.”
  • Isaiah 66:12 - For this is what the Lord says: “I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees.
  • Isaiah 66:13 - As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.”
  • Isaiah 66:14 - When you see this, your heart will rejoice and you will flourish like grass; the hand of the Lord will be made known to his servants, but his fury will be shown to his foes.
  • Isaiah 60:1 - “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.
  • Isaiah 60:2 - See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.

  • Isaiah 60:7 - All Kedar’s flocks will be gathered to you, the rams of Nebaioth will serve you; they will be accepted as offerings on my altar, and I will adorn my glorious temple.
  • Isaiah 60:8 - “Who are these that fly along like clouds, like doves to their nests?
  • Isaiah 60:9 - Surely the islands look to me; in the lead are the ships of Tarshish, bringing your children from afar, with their silver and gold, to the honor of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendor.
  • Isaiah 60:10 - “Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. Though in anger I struck you, in favor I will show you compassion.
  • Isaiah 60:11 - Your gates will always stand open, they will never be shut, day or night, so that people may bring you the wealth of the nations— their kings led in triumphal procession.
  • Isaiah 60:12 - For the nation or kingdom that will not serve you will perish; it will be utterly ruined.
  • Isaiah 60:13 - “The glory of Lebanon will come to you, the juniper, the fir and the cypress together, to adorn my sanctuary; and I will glorify the place for my feet.
  • Isaiah 60:14 - The children of your oppressors will come bowing before you; all who despise you will bow down at your feet and will call you the City of the Lord, Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
  • Isaiah 60:15 - “Although you have been forsaken and hated, with no one traveling through, I will make you the everlasting pride and the joy of all generations.
  • Isaiah 60:16 - You will drink the milk of nations and be nursed at royal breasts. Then you will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
  • Isaiah 60:17 - Instead of bronze I will bring you gold, and silver in place of iron. Instead of wood I will bring you bronze, and iron in place of stones. I will make peace your governor and well-being your ruler.
  • Isaiah 60:18 - No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.
  • Isaiah 60:19 - The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.
  • Isaiah 60:20 - Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end.
  • Isaiah 60:21 - Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor.
  • Isaiah 60:22 - The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.”
  • Isaiah 61:3 - and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.
  • Hosea 14:2 - Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to him: “Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips.
  • Jeremiah 31:33 - “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares the Lord. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
  • Jeremiah 31:34 - No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest,” declares the Lord. “For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.”
  • Isaiah 49:10 - They will neither hunger nor thirst, nor will the desert heat or the sun beat down on them. He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water.

  • Isaiah 49:21 - Then you will say in your heart, ‘Who bore me these? I was bereaved and barren; I was exiled and rejected. Who brought these up? I was left all alone, but these—where have they come from?’ ”
  • Isaiah 49:22 - This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “See, I will beckon to the nations, I will lift up my banner to the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their hips.
  • Psalm 51:1 - Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions.
  • Psalm 51:2 - Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.
  • Psalm 51:3 - For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.
  • Isaiah 54:1 - “Sing, barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,” says the Lord.
  • Isaiah 54:2 - “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.
  • Isaiah 54:3 - For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities.
  • Isaiah 54:4 - “Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.
  • Isaiah 54:5 - For your Maker is your husband— the Lord Almighty is his name— the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of all the earth.
  • Isaiah 54:6 - The Lord will call you back as if you were a wife deserted and distressed in spirit— a wife who married young, only to be rejected,” says your God.
  • Isaiah 54:7 - “For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with deep compassion I will bring you back.
  • Isaiah 54:8 - In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you,” says the Lord your Redeemer.
  • Isaiah 54:9 - “To me this is like the days of Noah, when I swore that the waters of Noah would never again cover the earth. So now I have sworn not to be angry with you, never to rebuke you again.
  • Isaiah 54:10 - Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
  • Isaiah 54:11 - “Afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted, I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise, your foundations with lapis lazuli.
  • Isaiah 54:12 - I will make your battlements of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones.

  • Ezekiel 37:21 - and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land.
  • Ezekiel 37:22 - I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms.
  • Ezekiel 37:23 - They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.
  • Ezekiel 37:24 - “ ‘My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees.
  • Ezekiel 37:25 - They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived. They and their children and their children’s children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever.
  • Ezekiel 37:26 - I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever.
  • Ezekiel 37:27 - My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people.
  • Ezekiel 37:28 - Then the nations will know that I the Lord make Israel holy, when my sanctuary is among them forever.’ ”
  • Psalm 103:12 - as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
  • Jeremiah 33:15 - “ ‘In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David’s line; he will do what is just and right in the land.
  • Jeremiah 33:16 - In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: The Lord Our Righteous Savior.’
  • Jeremiah 33:17 - For this is what the Lord says: ‘David will never fail to have a man to sit on the throne of Israel,
  • Jeremiah 33:18 - nor will the Levitical priests ever fail to have a man to stand before me continually to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings and to present sacrifices.’ ”
  • Jeremiah 33:19 - The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
  • Jeremiah 33:20 - “This is what the Lord says: ‘If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, so that day and night no longer come at their appointed time,
  • Jeremiah 33:21 - then my covenant with David my servant—and my covenant with the Levites who are priests ministering before me—can be broken and David will no longer have a descendant to reign on his throne.
  • Jeremiah 33:22 - I will make the descendants of David my servant and the Levites who minister before me as countless as the stars in the sky and as measureless as the sand on the seashore.’ ”
  • Jeremiah 33:23 - The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
  • Jeremiah 33:24 - “Have you not noticed that these people are saying, ‘The Lord has rejected the two kingdoms he chose’? So they despise my people and no longer regard them as a nation.
  • Jeremiah 33:25 - This is what the Lord says: ‘If I have not made my covenant with day and night and established the laws of heaven and earth,

  • Jeremiah 31:18 - “I have surely heard Ephraim’s moaning: ‘You disciplined me like an unruly calf, and I have been disciplined. Restore me, and I will return, because you are the Lord my God.
  • Jeremiah 31:19 - After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’
  • Jeremiah 31:20 - Is not Ephraim my dear son, the child in whom I delight? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I have great compassion for him,” declares the Lord.
  • Joel 3:16 - The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.
  • Joel 3:17 - “Then you will know that I, the Lord your God, dwell in Zion, my holy hill. Jerusalem will be holy; never again will foreigners invade her.
  • Joel 3:18 - “In that day the mountains will drip new wine, and the hills will flow with milk; all the ravines of Judah will run with water. A fountain will flow out of the Lord’s house and will water the valley of acacias.
  • Joel 3:19 - But Egypt will be desolate, Edom a desert waste, because of violence done to the people of Judah, in whose land they shed innocent blood.
  • Joel 3:20 - Judah will be inhabited forever and Jerusalem through all generations.
  • Joel 3:21 - Shall I leave their innocent blood unavenged? No, I will not.” The Lord dwells in Zion!
  • Amos 9:13 - “The days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills,
  • Amos 9:14 - and I will bring my people Israel back from exile. “They will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit.
  • Amos 9:15 - I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them,” says the Lord your God.

  • Isaiah 2:3 - Many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
  • Acts 3:21 - Heaven must receive him until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.
  • Micah 7:14 - Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, which lives by itself in a forest, in fertile pasturelands. Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead as in days long ago.
  • Micah 7:15 - “As in the days when you came out of Egypt, I will show them my wonders.”
  • Ezekiel 39:25 - “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will now restore the fortunes of Jacob and will have compassion on all the people of Israel, and I will be zealous for my holy name.

  • Ezekiel 39:28 - Then they will know that I am the Lord their God, for though I sent them into exile among the nations, I will gather them to their own land, not leaving any behind.
  • Ezekiel 39:29 - I will no longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my Spirit on the people of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord.”
  • Zechariah 8:20 - This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come,
  • Zechariah 8:21 - and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say, ‘Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’
  • Zechariah 8:22 - And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”
  • Zechariah 8:23 - This is what the Lord Almighty says: “In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, ‘Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’ ”
  • Jeremiah 50:20 - In those days, at that time,” declares the Lord, “search will be made for Israel’s guilt, but there will be none, and for the sins of Judah, but none will be found, for I will forgive the remnant I spare.
  • Isaiah 66:18 - “And I, because of what they have planned and done, am about to come and gather the people of all nations and languages, and they will come and see my glory.

  • Isaiah 66:20 - And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord—on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord. “They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels.
  • Isaiah 66:21 - And I will select some of them also to be priests and Levites,” says the Lord.
  • Isaiah 66:22 - “As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me,” declares the Lord, “so will your name and descendants endure.
  • Hosea 2:19 - I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion.
  • Hosea 2:20 - I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the Lord.
  • Hosea 2:21 - “In that day I will respond,” declares the Lord— “I will respond to the skies, and they will respond to the earth;
  • Hosea 2:22 - and the earth will respond to the grain, the new wine and the olive oil, and they will respond to Jezreel.
  • Hosea 2:23 - I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called ‘Not my loved one. ’ I will say to those called ‘Not my people, ’ ‘You are my people’; and they will say, ‘You are my God.’ ”
  • Isaiah 52:1 - Awake, awake, Zion, clothe yourself with strength! Put on your garments of splendor, Jerusalem, the holy city. The uncircumcised and defiled will not enter you again.
  • Isaiah 52:2 - Shake off your dust; rise up, sit enthroned, Jerusalem. Free yourself from the chains on your neck, Daughter Zion, now a captive.
  • Isaiah 52:3 - For this is what the Lord says: “You were sold for nothing, and without money you will be redeemed.”
  • Isaiah 52:4 - For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “At first my people went down to Egypt to live; lately, Assyria has oppressed them.
  • Isaiah 52:5 - “And now what do I have here?” declares the Lord. “For my people have been taken away for nothing, and those who rule them mock, ” declares the Lord. “And all day long my name is constantly blasphemed.
  • Isaiah 52:6 - Therefore my people will know my name; therefore in that day they will know that it is I who foretold it. Yes, it is I.”
  • Isaiah 52:7 - How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
  • Isaiah 52:8 - Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices; together they shout for joy. When the Lord returns to Zion, they will see it with their own eyes.
  • Isaiah 52:9 - Burst into songs of joy together, you ruins of Jerusalem, for the Lord has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.
  • Isaiah 52:10 - The Lord will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God.
  • Lamentations 3:40 - Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.
  • Deuteronomy 4:29 - But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
  • Deuteronomy 4:30 - When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and obey him.
  • Deuteronomy 4:31 - For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath.

  • Psalm 72:6 - May he be like rain falling on a mown field, like showers watering the earth.
  • Psalm 72:7 - In his days may the righteous flourish and prosperity abound till the moon is no more.
  • Psalm 72:8 - May he rule from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.
  • Psalm 72:9 - May the desert tribes bow before him and his enemies lick the dust.
  • Psalm 72:10 - May the kings of Tarshish and of distant shores bring tribute to him. May the kings of Sheba and Seba present him gifts.
  • Psalm 72:11 - May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.
  • Psalm 72:12 - For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help.
  • Psalm 72:13 - He will take pity on the weak and the needy and save the needy from death.
  • Psalm 72:14 - He will rescue them from oppression and violence, for precious is their blood in his sight.
  • Psalm 72:15 - Long may he live! May gold from Sheba be given him. May people ever pray for him and bless him all day long.
  • Psalm 72:16 - May grain abound throughout the land; on the tops of the hills may it sway. May the crops flourish like Lebanon and thrive like the grass of the field.
  • Psalm 72:17 - May his name endure forever; may it continue as long as the sun. Then all nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed.
  • Psalm 72:18 - Praise be to the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.
  • Psalm 72:19 - Praise be to his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and Amen.
  • Joel 2:13 - Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.
  • Isaiah 55:6 - Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.
  • Isaiah 55:7 - Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.
  • Ezekiel 34:23 - I will place over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he will tend them; he will tend them and be their shepherd.
