- Acts 9:40 - But Peter sent them all out and knelt down and prayed, and turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
- Acts 9:41 - And he gave her his hand and raised her up; and calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.
- Acts 9:42 - It became known all over Joppa, and many believed in the Lord.
- Acts 9:43 - And Peter stayed in Joppa many days with a tanner named Simon.
- Luke 6:13 - And when day came, He called His disciples to Him and chose twelve of them, whom He also named as apostles:
- Luke 6:14 - Simon, whom He also named Peter, and his brother Andrew; and James and John; and Philip and Bartholomew;

- Acts 3:1 - Now Peter and John were going up to the temple at the ninth hour, the hour of prayer.
- Acts 3:2 - And a man who had been unable to walk from birth was being carried, whom they used to set down every day at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, in order for him to beg for charitable gifts from those entering the temple grounds.
- Acts 3:3 - When he saw Peter and John about to go into the temple grounds, he began asking to receive a charitable gift.
- Acts 3:4 - But Peter, along with John, looked at him intently and said, “Look at us!”
- Acts 3:5 - And he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
- Acts 3:6 - But Peter said, “I do not have silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, walk!”
- Acts 3:7 - And grasping him by the right hand, he raised him up; and immediately his feet and his ankles were strengthened.
- Acts 3:8 - And leaping up, he stood and began to walk; and he entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God.
- Acts 3:9 - And all the people saw him walking and praising God;
- Acts 3:10 - and they recognized him as being the very one who used to sit at the Beautiful Gate of the temple to beg for charitable gifts, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
- John 6:5 - So Jesus, after raising His eyes and seeing that a large crowd was coming to Him, *said to Philip, “Where are we to buy bread so that these people may eat?”
- John 6:6 - But He was saying this only to test him, for He Himself knew what He intended to do.
- John 6:7 - Philip answered Him, “Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not enough for them, for each to receive just a little!”
- Revelation 1:1 - The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants, the things which must soon take place; and He sent and communicated it by His angel to His bond-servant John,
- Revelation 1:2 - who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, everything that he saw.
- Revelation 1:3 - Blessed is the one who reads, and those who hear the words of the prophecy and keep the things which are written in it; for the time is near.
- Acts 8:14 - Now when the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent them Peter and John,
- Acts 8:15 - who came down and prayed for them that they would receive the Holy Spirit.
- Acts 8:16 - (For He had not yet fallen upon any of them; they had simply been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
- Acts 8:17 - Then they began laying their hands on them, and they were receiving the Holy Spirit.
- Acts 8:18 - Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them money,
- Acts 8:19 - saying, “Give this authority to me as well, so that everyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit.”
- Acts 8:20 - But Peter said to him, “May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could acquire the gift of God with money!
- Acts 8:21 - You have no part or share in this matter, for your heart is not right before God.
- Acts 8:22 - Therefore, repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that, if possible, the intention of your heart will be forgiven you.
- Acts 8:23 - For I see that you are in the gall of bitterness and in the bondage of unrighteousness.”
- Acts 8:24 - But Simon answered and said, “Pray to the Lord for me yourselves, so that nothing of what you have said may come upon me.”
- Acts 8:25 - So, when they had solemnly testified and spoken the word of the Lord, they started back to Jerusalem, and were preaching the gospel to many villages of the Samaritans.
- Acts 15:7 - After there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them, “ Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles would hear the word of the gospel and believe.
- Acts 15:8 - And God, who knows the heart, testified to them giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He also did to us;
- Acts 15:9 - and He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.
- Acts 15:10 - Since this is the case, why are you putting God to the test by placing upon the neck of the disciples a yoke which neither our forefathers nor we have been able to bear?
- Acts 15:11 - But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they also are.”
- John 12:21 - these people then came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and were making a request of him, saying, “Sir, we wish to see Jesus.”
- John 12:22 - Philip *came and *told Andrew; then Andrew and Philip *came and *told Jesus.
- John 20:26 - Eight days later His disciples were again inside, and Thomas was with them. Jesus *came, the doors having been shut, and stood in their midst and said, “Peace be to you.”
- John 20:27 - Then He *said to Thomas, “Place your finger here, and see My hands; and take your hand and put it into My side; and do not continue in disbelief, but be a believer.”
- John 20:28 - Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”
- John 20:29 - Jesus *said to him, “Because you have seen Me, have you now believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.”
- John 11:16 - Therefore Thomas, who was called Didymus, said to his fellow disciples, “Let’s also go, so that we may die with Him!”
- John 18:17 - Then the slave woman who was the doorkeeper *said to Peter, “You are not also one of this Man’s disciples, are you?” He *said, “I am not.”
- Mark 3:16 - And He appointed the twelve: Simon (to whom He gave the name Peter),
- Mark 3:17 - James the son of Zebedee and John the brother of James (to them He gave the name Boanerges, which means, “Sons of Thunder”);

- Mark 3:19 - and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.
- Acts 2:38 - Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

- Mark 14:15 - And he himself will show you a large upstairs room furnished and ready; prepare for us there.”
- Mark 2:14 - As He passed by, He saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting in the tax office, and He *said to him, “Follow Me!” And he got up and followed Him.
