Isaiah 44:8 - Do not fear, nor be afraid; Have I not told you from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one.’ ”
Isaiah 44:9 - Those who make an image, all of them are useless, And their precious things shall not profit; They are their own witnesses; They neither see nor know, that they may be ashamed.
Isaiah 44:10 - Who would form a god or mold an image That profits him nothing?
Isaiah 10:9 - Is not Calno like Carchemish? Is not Hamath like Arpad? Is not Samaria like Damascus?

2 Kings 18:33 - Has any of the gods of the nations at all delivered its land from the hand of the king of Assyria?
2 Kings 18:34 - Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim and Hena and Ivah? Indeed, have they delivered Samaria from my hand?
