Génesis 3:17 - Al hombre le dijo: «Por cuanto le hiciste caso a tu mujer, y comiste del árbol del que te prohibí comer, ¡maldita será la tierra por tu culpa! Con penosos trabajos comerás de ella todos los días de tu vida.
Génesis 3:18 - La tierra te producirá cardos y espinas, y comerás hierbas silvestres.

Josué 6:20 - Entonces los sacerdotes tocaron las trompetas, y la gente gritó a voz en cuello, ante lo cual las murallas de Jericó se derrumbaron. El pueblo avanzó, sin ceder ni un centímetro, y tomó la ciudad.
Josué 6:21 - Mataron a filo de espada a todo hombre y mujer, joven y anciano. Lo mismo hicieron con las vacas, las ovejas y los burros; destruyeron todo lo que tuviera aliento de vida. ¡La ciudad entera quedó arrasada!
1 Samuel 22:19 - Luego fue a Nob, el pueblo de los sacerdotes, y mató a filo de espada a hombres y mujeres, a niños y recién nacidos, y hasta a los bueyes, asnos y ovejas.

Deuteronomio 20:16 - »Sin embargo, en las ciudades de los pueblos que el Señor tu Dios te da como herencia, no dejarás nada con vida.
Deuteronomio 20:17 - Exterminarás del todo a hititas, amorreos, cananeos, ferezeos, heveos y jebuseos, tal como el Señor tu Dios te lo ha mandado.
Deuteronomio 20:18 - De lo contrario, ellos te enseñarán a hacer todas las cosas abominables que hacen para adorar a sus dioses, y pecarás contra el Señor tu Dios.
