Galatians 2:6 - But from those who were influential (whatever they were makes no difference to me; God shows no favoritism between people ) – those influential leaders added nothing to my message.

2 Kings 18:4 - He eliminated the high places, smashed the sacred pillars to bits, and cut down the Asherah pole. He also demolished the bronze serpent that Moses had made, for up to that time the Israelites had been offering incense to it; it was called Nehushtan.

2 Chronicles 34:4 - He ordered the altars of the Baals to be torn down, and broke the incense altars that were above them. He smashed the Asherah poles, idols and images, crushed them up and sprinkled the dust over the tombs of those who had sacrificed to them.
2 Chronicles 15:15 - All Judah was happy about the oath, because they made the vow with their whole heart. They willingly sought the Lord and he responded to them. He made them secure on every side.

2 Chronicles 15:17 - The high places were not eliminated from Israel, yet Asa was wholeheartedly devoted to the Lord throughout his lifetime.
2 Chronicles 15:18 - He brought the holy items that his father and he had made into God’s temple, including the silver, gold, and other articles.
2 Chronicles 15:19 - There was no more war until the thirty-fifth year of Asa’s reign.
2 Kings 23:12 - The king tore down the altars the kings of Judah had set up on the roof of Ahaz’s upper room, as well as the altars Manasseh had set up in the two courtyards of the Lord’s temple. He crushed them up and threw the dust in the Kidron Valley.
2 Kings 23:13 - The king ruined the high places east of Jerusalem, south of the Mount of Destruction, that King Solomon of Israel had built for the detestable Sidonian goddess Astarte, the detestable Moabite god Chemosh, and the horrible Ammonite god Milcom.
2 Kings 23:14 - He smashed the sacred pillars to bits, cut down the Asherah pole, and filled those shrines with human bones.
2 Kings 23:15 - He also tore down the altar in Bethel at the high place made by Jeroboam son of Nebat, who encouraged Israel to sin. He burned all the combustible items at that high place and crushed them to dust; including the Asherah pole.
Deuteronomy 7:5 - Instead, this is what you must do to them: You must tear down their altars, shatter their sacred pillars, cut down their sacred Asherah poles, and burn up their idols.

1 Kings 15:10 - He ruled for forty-one years in Jerusalem. His grandmother was Maacah daughter of Abishalom.
2 Corinthians 5:16 - So then from now on we acknowledge no one from an outward human point of view. Even though we have known Christ from such a human point of view, now we do not know him in that way any longer.
2 Kings 23:6 - He removed the Asherah pole from the Lord’s temple and took it outside Jerusalem to the Kidron Valley, where he burned it. He smashed it to dust and then threw the dust in the public graveyard.
John 18:1 - When he had said these things, Jesus went out with his disciples across the Kidron Valley. There was an orchard there, and he and his disciples went into it.
Exodus 32:20 - He took the calf they had made and burned it in the fire, ground it to powder, poured it out on the water, and made the Israelites drink it.
