Jeremiah 33:18 - and the Levitical priests shall never lack a man in my presence to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings, and to make sacrifices forever.”
Jeremiah 33:19 - The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
Jeremiah 33:20 - “Thus says the Lord: If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, so that day and night will not come at their appointed time,
Jeremiah 33:21 - then also my covenant with David my servant may be broken, so that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne, and my covenant with the Levitical priests my ministers.
Jeremiah 33:22 - As the host of heaven cannot be numbered and the sands of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the offspring of David my servant, and the Levitical priests who minister to me.”
Jeremiah 33:23 - The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
Jeremiah 33:24 - “Have you not observed that these people are saying, ‘The Lord has rejected the two clans that he chose’? Thus they have despised my people so that they are no longer a nation in their sight.
Jeremiah 33:25 - Thus says the Lord: If I have not established my covenant with day and night and the fixed order of heaven and earth,
Jeremiah 33:26 - then I will reject the offspring of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his offspring to rule over the offspring of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them.”
1 Kings 11:39 - And I will afflict the offspring of David because of this, but not forever.’”
2 Kings 21:4 - And he built altars in the house of the Lord, of which the Lord had said, “In Jerusalem will I put my name.”
Luke 1:32 - He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,

2 Kings 13:23 - But the Lord was gracious to them and had compassion on them, and he turned toward them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, nor has he cast them from his presence until now.
Deuteronomy 12:5 - But you shall seek the place that the Lord your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation there. There you shall go,
1 Kings 11:32 - (but he shall have one tribe, for the sake of my servant David and for the sake of Jerusalem, the city that I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel),
Deuteronomy 12:11 - then to the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes and the contribution that you present, and all your finest vow offerings that you vow to the Lord.
