For she kept saying to herself,“ If only I touch his cloak, I will be healed.”

原來她心裡想：「只要我摸到他的衣服，就會得救治。」

意謂、第捫其衣必愈、

意謂第捫其衣則愈、

意謂但捫其衣、則必痊愈、

意謂第能一觸其衣、即可全復。

She said to herself,“ If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”

She thought,“ I only need to touch his clothes. Then I will be healed.”

for she said to herself,“ If I only touch his garment, I will be made well.”

for she thought,“ If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.”

for she said to herself,“ If I can just touch his robe, I’ll be made well.”

for she was saying to herself,“ If I only touch His cloak, I will get well.”

For she said to herself,“ If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”

for she said within herself, If I do but touch his garment, I shall be made whole.

for she said to herself,“ If I can just touch His robe, I’ll be made well!”

For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

for she said within herself,“ If I just touch his garment, I will be made well.”

She had endured a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all that she had. Yet instead of getting better, she grew worse.When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak,for she kept saying,“ If only I touch his clothes, I will be healed.”At once the bleeding stopped, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.Jesus knew at once that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and said,“ Who touched my clothes?”His disciples said to him,“ You see the crowd pressing against you and you say,‘ Who touched me?’”But he looked around to see who had done it.Then the woman, with fear and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before him and told him the whole truth.

Then Jesus asked,“ Who was it who touched me?” When they all denied it, Peter said,“ Master, the crowds are surrounding you and pressing against you!”But Jesus said,“ Someone touched me, for I know that power has gone out from me.”When the woman saw that she could not escape notice, she came trembling and fell down before him. In the presence of all the people, she explained why she had touched him and how she had been immediately healed.

so that when even handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his body were brought to the sick, their diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them.
