Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made.”

And Jehovah said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the ground; both man, and beast, and creeping things, and birds of the heavens; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

And I, behold, I do bring the flood of waters upon this earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; everything that is in the earth shall die.

And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

Who were snatched away before their time, Whose foundation was poured out as a stream,

And I also have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest; and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.

And he stayed yet other seven days, and sent forth the dove; and she returned not again unto him any more.

He that overcometh shall thus be arrayed in white garments; and I will in no wise blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Let them be blotted out of the book of life, And not be written with the righteous.

To make a weight for the wind: Yea, he meteth out the waters by measure.

Yea, he ladeth the thick cloud with moisture; He spreadeth abroad the cloud of his lightning:And it is turned round about by his guidance, That they may do whatsoever he commandeth them Upon the face of the habitable world,

And it came to pass after the seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.

Fulfil the week of this one, and we will give thee the other also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years.And Jacob did so, and fulfilled her week: and he gave him Rachel his daughter to wife.

Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin—; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.And Jehovah said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both birds, and cattle, and beasts, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man:all in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit of life, of all that was on the dry land, died.And every living thing was destroyed that was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and creeping things, and birds of the heavens; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only was left, and they that were with him in the ark.

And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;
