God blessed them and said to them,“ Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

创造诸天的耶和华——他是神，是塑造大地、造成大地的那一位；他亲自坚立了大地；他创造大地不是要让它空虚，他塑造大地是要让人居住——耶和华如此说：“我是耶和华，别无其二。

神祝福它们说：“要繁衍增多，让生物充满海洋，让飞鸟在大地上增多。”

如果不是耶和华建造房屋，建造的人就枉然劳苦；如果不是耶和华看守城池，看守的人就枉然警醒。你们早早起来，迟迟安歇，吃劳苦得来的饭，也是枉然；要知道，耶和华必使他所爱的人安睡。看哪，儿女是耶和华所赐的继业，腹中的胎儿就是赏报！年轻时所生的儿女，好像勇士手中的箭矢。箭袋满满的人，是蒙福的！他们即使在城门口与仇敌说话，也不致蒙羞。

你要带出所有与你在一起的活物，就是一切有血肉的，包括飞鸟、牲畜和在地上活动的各样动物，好让它们充满大地，繁衍增多。”

你的妻子在你的内室，如同多结果实的葡萄树；你的儿女围绕你的桌子，如同橄榄树的幼苗。看哪，敬畏耶和华的人必蒙这样的祝福！

我必定大大祝福你，使你的后裔大大增多，如同天上的星辰、海边的沙粒；你的后裔必占有仇敌的城门。地上万国都必因你的后裔而蒙福，因为你听从了我的话。”

神祝福他们，他们就大大增多；他也使他们的牲畜没有减少。

我要祝福她，也要藉着她赐给你一个儿子。我要祝福她，她将成为多国之母，万族的君王要从她而出。”

至于以实玛利，我也听允你了，看哪，我也要祝福他！我要使他繁衍，大大增多。他将生十二个族长，我必使他成为一个大国。

那天夜里，耶和华向他显现，说：“我是你父亲亚伯拉罕的神；你不要害怕，因为我与你同在。我要因我仆人亚伯拉罕的缘故祝福你，并使你的后裔增多。”

出于你父亲的神，因他帮助你。全能者必把天上来的福、地下深渊蕴藏着的福、哺乳和生育的福，都赐给你。

以扫举目，看见女人们和孩子们，就说：“这些与你在一起的是谁呢？”雅各说：“这些孩子是神施恩赐给你仆人的。”

你要寄居在这地，我必与你同在，并祝福你，因为我必把所有这些地都赐给你和你的后裔；我必确立我向你父亲亚伯拉罕所起的誓。我必使你的后裔增多，如同天上的星辰，我必把所有这些地都赐给你的后裔；地上万国都必因你的后裔而蒙福，

他们祝福莉白加，对她说：“我们的妹妹啊，愿你成为千万人的母亲，愿你的后裔占有仇敌的城门！”

愿诸天和大地、海洋和其中游动的一切，都赞美他！

他们禁止结婚，要求远避某些食物，就是神所创造的，好让信徒和了解真理的人以感谢的心享用。
