All the trees of the forest will know that I the Lord bring down the tall tree and make the low tree grow tall. I dry up the green tree and make the dry tree flourish.“‘ I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it.’”

And all the trees of the field shall know that I am the Lord; I bring low the high tree, and make high the low tree, dry up the green tree, and make the dry tree flourish. I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it.”

And all the trees will know that it is I, the Lord, who cuts the tall tree down and makes the short tree grow tall. It is I who makes the green tree wither and gives the dead tree new life. I, the Lord, have spoken, and I will do what I said!”

Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken[ it], and will do[ it].

In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:

The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.He raiseth up the poor out of the dust,[ and] lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set[ them] among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth[ are] the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them.

He hath put down the mighty from[ their] seats, and exalted them of low degree.He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.

For promotion[ cometh] neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.But God[ is] the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Look on every one[ that is] proud,[ and] bring him low; and tread down the wicked in their place.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this[ shall] not[ be] the same: exalt[ him that is] low, and abase[ him that is] high.

For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap[ their] hands.Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign[ that] shall not be cut off.

And upon all the cedars of Lebanon,[ that are] high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills[ that are] lifted up,

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.Let the field be joyful, and all that[ is] therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.

And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

For I[ am] the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD.
