And he said unto me, Who[ art] thou? And I answered him, I[ am] an Amalekite.

他問我說：『你是甚麼人？』我說：『我是亞瑪力人。』

他問我說：『你是甚麼人？』我說：『我是亞瑪力人。』

他問我說：『你是甚麼人？』我說：『我是亞瑪力人。』

他問我是什麼人。我告訴他我是亞瑪力人。

他問我：‘你是誰？’我回答他：‘我是亞瑪力人。’

他問我說：『你是誰？』我對他說：『我是亞瑪力人。』

他問我：『你是誰？』我回答他：『我是亞瑪力人。』

“ He asked me,‘ Who are you?’“‘ An Amalekite,’ I answered.

“ He asked me,‘ Who are you?’“‘ An Amalekite,’ I answered.

And he said to me,‘ Who are you?’ I answered him,‘ I am an Amalekite.’

“ He responded,‘ Who are you?’“‘ I am an Amalekite,’ I told him.

He asked me,‘ Who are you?’ I told him: I’m an Amalekite.

Then he said to me,‘ Who are you?’ And I answered him,‘ I am an Amalekite.’

And he said to me,‘ Who are you?’ So I answered him,‘ I am an Amalekite.’

And he said unto me, Who art thou? And I answered him, I am an Amalekite.

He asked me,‘ Who are you?’ I told him: I’m an Amalekite.

He asked me,‘ Who are you?’ I told him,‘ I’m an Amalekite.’

He said to me,‘ Who are you?’ I answered him,‘ I am an Amalekite.’

And David smote them from the twilight even unto the evening of the next day: and there escaped not a man of them, save four hundred young men, which rode upon camels, and fled.

And David said unto him, To whom[ belongest] thou? and whence[ art] thou? And he said, I[ am] a young man of Egypt, servant to an Amalekite; and my master left me, because three days agone I fell sick.

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

And it came to pass, when David and his men were come to Ziklag on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the south, and Ziklag, and smitten Ziklag, and burned it with fire;

Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee,[ even] all[ that were] feeble behind thee, when thou[ wast] faint and weary; and he feared not God.Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee[ for] an inheritance to possess it,[ that] thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget[ it].

And David and his men went up, and invaded the Geshurites, and the Gezrites, and the Amalekites: for those[ nations were] of old the inhabitants of the land, as thou goest to Shur, even unto the land of Egypt.

And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek[ was] the first of the nations; but his latter end[ shall be] that he perish for ever.

And they returned, and came to Enmishpat, which[ is] Kadesh, and smote all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites, that dwelt in Hazezontamar.

Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.But Moses’ hands[ were] heavy; and they took a stone, and put[ it] under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this[ for] a memorial in a book, and rehearse[ it] in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn[ that] the LORD[ will have] war with Amalek from generation to generation.
